Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandUnfortunately there was a bad smell from the bathroom and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. It was clean but very dated and the A/C was programmed to the lowest level by management.
Was looking for something last minute in the region. Staff were really nice. I'm sure the location is good for a beach holiday. I had to leave early the next morning so basically just booked in and slept.

IrelandI was aware from the reviews that the rooms weren't 'modern' and that the furniture and bathroom were dated. However, I would still return as the pros outweigh the cons.
Located next to the beach, the hotel has a very nice rooftop and extremely helpful staff. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the fruit and bottle of water left in the room. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi connection was good.

United KingdomWe have stayed a few times at the Aeromar because of its excellent location close to the airport and its great position by the beach and the lagoon. However, it is quite tired and needs a good spruce up, which might put some people off.
Great location by a nice beach and lagoon. Just a short taxi ride to the airport (under 20 Euro) Good communal spaces and restaurant with views over the lagoon. Our room had a balcony and good aircon OK breakfast.

NetherlandsFor those less able to walk, there is no lift. The stairs are quite wide and just a short climb though. The airport is really close (which was a plus for us as we were arriving late), so during the day you'll have some planes flying over your head.
Wonderful view and balcony facing Ria Formosa. Only a few steps away from the beach and lovely restaurants for breakfast, dinner & lunch. The ferry to downtown Faro is approx 15 mins walk along the beach or the river. The hotel has a nice collection of books and magazines for guests to read in multiple languages.
