“Joao and his family were great hosts. It was a stunning property will a lot of history , huge gardens to roam around in and a lovely swimming pool (which we didn’t have time to use). It took us about 50 minutes to get to Lisbon( though we knew it wasn’t close when we booked) as the route travels very close to the airport and there was a lot of traffic. However Joao suggested a car park just out of Lisbon with metro attached and it was easy going from there. A
large supermarket nearby is very convenient.”
