Breakfast was awesome with a great variety. Overall food at the onsite restaurants was good but a but pricey as expected for resort. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. There was a tropical storm coming and the resort staff ensured everyone was notified if the safety precautions they were taking to keep us safe while still being able to do activities.

Restaurants food could be a bit more diverse.

The staff is very nice and professional, the room is clean, spacious and refreshed daily. All pools are nice and clean, the beach is very private large clean with soft sand. The breakfast although a bit pricey is exceptional. The food on site is ok.

We rented a cabana and had to ask for it to be cleaned several times before someone attended to it. The room looked clean, but when we moved a bed up to the wall to prevent a child from falling, we found dirt under the bed that had to be cleaned.

A loved that it had many different types of pools, easy access to the beach, and fun activities to join. Also, the food was wonderful value for the price, good selections, and tasted freshly made

I don't know that they could have done better! It was perfect!

We loved the entire experience! Nothing to complain about! We loved every minute of our vacation! The resort is beautiful inside and out! The landscaping really caught my eye as well!

It's a bit pricey for food and drinks and all the restaurants (other than Roots) need a reservation. Extremely unsatisfied with our gift shop purchases. It's a great gift shop with lots of name brand swimwear, clothing, sunglasses, shoes etc... However, it's completely misleading with their "buy one get one half off"- Bought 4 oversized hoodies and 2 T-shirts. The hoodies were $60/each and the T-shirts were $32 and $38. Common sense would be 1st hoodie $60, 2nd hoodie $30 etc.. That's NOT how they do it. They charge full price for the 3 most expensive items and then take 1/2 off the 3 least expensive items. It was infuriating and they didn't seem to care, stating it's store policy etc.. I was tempted to just return it all and literally separate it into 3 different orders because it would have saved me almost $100 but I was so angry I just told them they were misleading with their *Buy one Get one 1/2 off* because that's NOT how they were charging people. Being a resort, we expected to pay a little more but EVERYTHING there is so incredibly overpriced!!!!

The breakfast buffet was outstanding. There were a ton of options and everything was really good. Service was always outstanding. You literally don't have to leave the resort at all if you don't want to. Pools were clean and there were always plenty of fresh towels and chairs to sit.

The rooms could be updated and better. They definitely put all of their money into the outside area. We also didn’t like being pushed into attending the timeshare meeting upon arrival. That was a major negative. But we enjoyed everything else .

We had an issue with our AC in our room, so the 1st night was really bad. They came the 2nd day to fix the AC, but by the time we got back it was too late to say anything, so we got a 2nd night of bad sleep. On the 3rd day they moved us to another room which was very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, all of our clothes were wet from being in the room for 2 days with the AC not working.

The staff was exceptional and was always there to help in any way possible. Extremely easy check in process, the valet was always quick and accommodating. The breakfast staff was also great! We did not go the pool bars too often, but when we did the drinks were good and bartenders were friendly. I think the staff really was the shinning star of the resort.

The property is a bit expensive and nothing is inclusive so you have to come off a bunch of money. The deposit is pretty steep too.

Breakfast was very disappointing. At $35 a day, there a lack of eggs options. Worse, ants were crawling all over the fresh fruit. One gluten- free item.

cant believe you need to pay extra for tennis for all you are paying. one of the hot tubs stopped being hot during our stay. in general the restaurants were not that great and over priced and the service was mediocre while expecting us to tip on everything. I'd prefer an all inclusive experience or better price for value
