Location, Location, Location. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beach restaurant was wonderful with good food. A perfect place to spend a few days on the beach.

At the start, I was a little worried about the free parking space, but at night, the access to the site is with control access and private.. so that's an extra there.

The location was just so nice and the place was very beautiful, I love it. The food and the room views gorgeous. The price is valuable and reasonable. My stay was just for one night, but I would plan to get another longer stay without doubts.

The only complain was the sower. The whole bathroom floor would be soaking wet after taking showers

It’s very minor but there is a light switch in the room that will only turn off if the fan is off and the room does get a bit hot even with the ac on. Otherwise no other complaints.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking was overwhelming at first but after a certain time the property clears up and you can park right next to the beach house. Great vibes and facility.

We loved everything about Numero Uno Beach House! From the location, the beautiful property, and the amazing staff! It was everything we expected and more while vacationing in Puerto Rico. The food in the restaurant below was too expensive and the place could have left the beach chairs and tables out on the beach a little longer in the evening.

Fairly loud music during the day, and if they never play techno again that would be too soon. I was not thrilled with the food, but they are in the midst of some really great places like Rustica pizza and Coffeetera - the best coffee in town.

The location is the most beautiful spot on the coast - no big buildings around. It was vibrant mix of local and visitors due to the awesome kite surfing facility. In our 70s, we were pretty rare there - most people seemed to be under 35.

I didn’t like that with having an ocean front view, the windows could not be opened.

I loved the beach front access right outside my unit. The room was cleaned everyday (fresh towels was provided daily) & the size was just right for a solo traveler. The staff were very warm & welcoming and accommodating. The oceanfront view was beautiful. The location was central to everything & just a short Uber ride to almost any part of San Juan. The Loíza strip was just steps away with access to tons of eateries & shopping. The area was safe & the property is gated which felt super safe. The property was a breath of fresh air…quaint & just enough.

Everything was great!

We recently stayed at Numero Uno Beach House, and I have to say that everything about our experience was absolutely amazing! From the stunning views to the impeccable service, We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. One standout highlight was the exceptional service provided by Gavriel. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His friendly and helpful demeanor truly made a difference in our overall experience. I can't wait to visit Puerto Rico again, and I will definitely be recommending this beach house.
