We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was close to the conference centre and to other areas for sight seeing. The facilities at the location were good.

Well I liked everything about hyatt house but most of all I loved the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff , I can't remember the name of the front desk lady who recieved me on the 19th of July at night but she was amazing, and samuel in the kitchen was super he make sure you had all what you needed for breakfast, now let's talk about Alex in the bar who makes the best mojito that I ever had, if you ever stay at hyatt house make sure to try Alex's mojito it's the best. The whole staff do their best for you to have an unforgettable vacation.

United StatesNot much within walking distance. T mobile center was just restaurants, cool to do a quick walk through but definitely found it boring if you weren't there to eat. But that is not the hotels issue at all!
The shuttle was extremely helpful and saved us money on transportation! Staff was all super nice and accommodating! We got there early because of our flight arrival and was able to check in early! Little store in the lobby came in helpful a few times also. Reviews I read indicate the breakfast is amazing but it's pretty basic hotel breakfast, just gives you several options but we didn't enjoy it much and ordered doodrdash for breakfast a few times instead. Overall an awesome experience and would definitely stay again!

United StatesI spent a decent amount of money for the hotel and felt it was a little uncool to charge another $20 per night to park on site. The parking was also very limited and several people parked anywhere there was room for a car to fit. The only other thing was the coffee bar didn't open until after 4pm due to staffing issues. (understandable)Coffee was available with breakfast but not espresso.
We had a suite with plenty of room. The breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. We had no trouble finding the hotel and it was in a good central location between the airport and Old San Juan. The T mobile center is also across the street and is defiantly worth seeing. There are a ton of great restaurants within walking distance. We tend to travel the whole island looking for new places. If it's your first time on the island, spend your time visiting San Juan but if you have time and are a little more adventurous, Rent a car and travel the island. You won't regret it.

United StatesBreakfast was Cold. And, your property needs to consider giving more than 2 bottles of water a day. Staying at your property is not cheap and offering your guest complementary water would be a great idea. Also, having someone at your location to offer excursions would be a great idea as well!

US Virgin IslandsBoth elevators were not working. We had to walk up and down and back up, 5 flights on checkin. Thereafter throughout the stay, one of the 2 did not work, leading to a wait.
Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast convenient. With the exception of the night of checkin, the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Wait staff at breakfast also pleasant.
