One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our ocean view suite was amazing, please be sure to book it if possible. Unfortunately we only at at the Ola Resterant, but the dishes we had were very tasty, though a little on the pricey side. There are plenty of pools along with open patios with oceanside views. Also love the fact the hotel is in walking distance of lots of shops and resteraunts nearby.

Spa prices

Staff cleanliness and food was amazing. Spa prices quite high so declined. Would have love a steam but you need a spa appointment to enjoy it, unfortunately. Loved the gym

Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pools. Quiet area. Beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to nearby restaurants. Good restaurants and food on the property if you don’t want to leave the hotel.

Beautiful property with great view of the ocean. The location is perfect with access to the beach and close by restaurants. The old town is minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful in many different ways.

The valet area is a dumpster fire. Totally mismanaged and blocks traffic both ways which is fun when you're trying to get picked up. Housekeeping was ok. Never threw away food from days prior unless you begged them. Room service and pool menu are small and a bit tired. Breakfast was good.

Nice rooms. Good view from balcony. Great location and easy to get to Old San Juan. Love that they give out water for free. It is much needed.

I feel the room need a bit of love, some fine tweakings, and the bathroom needs more lighting, there is no mirror to see yourself completely , didn’t like the smell on the Mexican restaurant

I only had one problem during my whole stay. Not that big just moths in the room, which had to change rooms, but they were very quick and understanding over the situation.

I enjoyed every single moment from the minute I checked in as well as when I checked out. The room was clean, amazing and friendly staff. Organized and near various restaurants.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. They didn’t come for 3 days. When we tried to call the main desk several times, nobody answered.

When you go try to get an oceanview room. It was like we were on a cruise, you look out and see ocean.

The bathroom design was awkward, you couldn’t start the shower water without being Under the spray without first adjusting the temperature. There was no room service early enough to eat anything before heading to the airport. There was a wedding down the hall and the guests were in the hall being very boisterous late at night.

The checkin help was exceptionally helpful. The room was lovely We enjoyed our dinner and the beautiful outdoor spaces Service was wonderful

The a/c in the room was not acting right. My boyfriend & I kept waking up to the a/c being turned off, but we had it on. So weird.

The location and beach/wave views were amazing! Room service also visited your room three times a day to drop off bottles of water. AMAZING! My boyfriend & I were greeted with complimentary wine at check in.
