Not for people who need rest. Loud noise all night. But the room was very comfortable and amazing staff.

The kitchen could do with a few more utensils and also a plug for the sink. The bathroom sink unit was chipped and could do with refurbishment.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. The accommodation is in a central location close to the main square so easy to explore the city. There are many eateries and grocery stores within a short stroll of the accommodation. Whilst the accommodation is central there was no evening/night time noise issue.

We couldn't have been luckier!! These apartments are beautiful, well decorated, spotlessly clean and have everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and those big pillows are simply the best 😍🙏 Our couple of friends also got a very nice apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, less than 5 minutes walk from the main square in Krakow. It will be defo our first choice if we return to the city or to recommend to our family and friends. No complaints at all. A well-deserved 10 out of 10 score!

Reception was open when we arrived - keys ready upon arrival. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here Brilliant location - just 2 mins into the main square

It was hot and a bit noisy from the bar below at night but went quiet around 23.00 which was good.

The windows weren’t sound proof so got quite noisy with people leaving the Wódka bar beneath and the bin men.

Location was perfect and very good value for money. Very clean and nice bed.

There was no showering shampoo and window/air cleaner in the bathroom. There is no Air Conditioning in the room, except one "Air Fan". No welcoming bottle of water. The pillows are very soft and uncomfortable. You may hear the noise from the pubs outside.

Only few steps to the very centre of Old Town Hall. Room Nr. 9 was huge! The kitchen was seperated as another room itself. It's a big appartment and definitely valuable for money. The staff were polite, welcoming and very helpful and quick responding.

The sewerage smell from the shower room although they sprayed & cleaned, it still came back. We just kept that room closed almost the whole stay. Quick wash and done each day.

So spacious, Toilet room is separate to shower room. Fully equipped with fridge, kettle, iron & hair dryer and the Fan was a godsend as the room was warm at night. Comfortable bed. Close to everything, pubs, restaurants, chemists, groceries. Everywhere within minutes walking distance.

The apartment we stayed overlooked the road but windows seemed to be well soundproof so after closing them before night we had restful sleep.

Spacious, stylish, functional. Bed and sofabed had very comfortable mattresses, kitchen was just perfect size for making breakfast independently before going out sightseeing, and bathroom was clean with large shower cabin and good pressure of hot water.

Have identified some elements above that were not ideal however not anyone’s fault and better research my end I would have sensed the type of accommodation it was. Staff were great

Located just off the main square the location was ideal, however it must be known that with the location comes the noise of passing traffic, people leaving and entering the main square until late at night. A young city therefore vibrant , party atmosphere whilst nice to be around when you want to sleep it is a challenge. We were lucky to have some lovely weather , however with the noise from the street the need to keep windows shut meant that heat was intense. We had a stand up fan in the room which contributed to the noise. We reached out to the staff and they were excellent gave us another fan and also some ear plugs so the last two nights were ok. When we return we may well stay slightly out of the square as an age thing we need our sleep. Apartment is ideal for travellers, young couples who may like to party till the early hours as it does die down then. Beautiful location, clean , staff friendly and a bustling pub underneath that was very popular.

Hot in a room (for me it was ok as I'm always cold but for most people it would be too hot,fortunately there was a fan there). Noise from a pub downstairs that most people may not like but for me it was ok. There was no shower gel,tissues but these are details.

Nothing. It wasn’t quite as described, the description said there were two bedrooms and a separate living room, which wasn’t the case. It was hot in the rooms at night and too noisy to have the windows open. There were fans which helped.

I know, sounds a bit too much what I'm saying but Toilet brush it was stuck inside that bowl or whatever is called, and every time you need to use it was a mess, and another thing really important A simple dustpan, I understand that you have housekeeper (to pay aside if you need) but if I drop some sugar on the floor should I keep that sugar on the floor until my checkout? But I had a dustpan, I would give a 10 out of 10

The bed probably was the best I ever had so far, super super comfy, room was very spacious and the location was really good. Of course, there is noise but obviously in summer time, in the centre of Krakow what do you expect? Honestly I really enjoyed the place
