If you are arriving by car, the parking area is hard to find and the hotel's signage is poor. Also Google was not much help. Also, I would avoid Zakopane on holiday weekends!

If you want to hike in the mountains, the location is ideal. If you want to spend time in Zakopane, its not so convenient. There is a small community around the hotel, and its close to the tram, but there are only a few restaurants and shops. The hotel is very comfortable. The food was outstanding.

The personal service was amazing, a real treat from the time we were picked up from our car until we were dropped back off again. The room was beautiful, with an amazing view. The food was delicious, a plate of art. This sort of service is very rare, and the cost was extremely reasonable.

This is the best location in Zakopane if your goal is hiking in the national park. On top of that, the hotel itself is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, great restaurant, and the staff are amazing. One of the best boutique hotels I've ever stayed in. Paradise! Unique location right in the Tatri park, hotel provides transfer as well (drivers extremely nice and helpful). Owners have input their souls in this wonderful hotel. Attention to smallest detail from salt & pepper bottle and cozy blanket in room to premium local products transformed in to mind blowing meals. Staff is helpful and nice. I do recommend this hotel with all my heart and hope myself to return there sometimes soon.

It's hard to mention anything we did not like when you are amazed, but if I look for something to improve the experience, a comfortable armchair is missing to enjoy the view from the room's window. (We had a wooden double standard.) But that's all.

EnHotel is very close to heaven if you like nature, design, and minimalism. The hotel is located right in the Tatra National Park. It is an old but rebuilt and refurnished building, trying to keep everything as close to the original as possible. The hotel has a fine-dining restaurant with a fantastic breakfast experience (not buffet) and a very close, more bistro-like relaxing area with local ingredients and meals. At the same time, you listen to the babbling of the stream and stare at the pine forest surrounded by the Tatras.

My stay was excellent. I had a wonderful time hiking in the mountains, with the trails being very close to the hotel. The hotel staff is very kind and hospitable. The cuisine is a collection of exquisite dishes that will surely remain in our memory for a long time. The hotel is an intimate, perfect place for a discreet stay near the magnificent Zakopane.

There is nothing to complain about. The staff were excellent. The dinner we had at the hotel was extremely good. The included breakfast was also fantastic. The facilities were all top shelf. We will stay there again next time we want to visit that part of Poland.

This hotel was absolutely one of the best I have ever stayed in. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed by any other place I have been. We were treated to tea and a light snack upon arrival. Every member of their staff was exceptional, polite and very helpful. The room was perfect: Serene, quiet, tastefully decorated, peaceful. The location was very convenient for hiking in the Tatra mountains or visiting the main part of Zakopane. The little "village" around the gondola base station shuts down early in the evening, so the nights at the hotel are silent except for the sounds of nature. It was everything we hoped for and more for our trip to Zakopane.

Front desk forgot to include some points into the payment while check/out and then you have to pay after you left the hotel. It’s not comfortable. But I hope it was just reaction of the Christmas mood.

They do not have the kitchen open for lunch even if you just want to have a small bite or some food for kids.

We have had one of the best experiences at this property with a true sense of warm hospitality. Felt like Home while being far away from Home. Designed on a very minimalistic concept made out of natural materials yet very comfortable. Though a bit far from City centre, but totally away from all the traffic chaos and congestion. It is located right at the foothills of Tatra Mountains, with the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch being just few mtrs away and nearby to the locations for trekking and mountaineering. The breakfast and food on the menu was very well curated and made amazing drinks as per your taste. The entire team is very friendly, hardworking and approachable. Would definitely want to visit again in Summers and stay at En Hotel.

Everything in the hotel is thought out: from a door key to a bottle of water, the rooms have everything you might need. You really can feel the nature in this hotel. Very friendly staff and delicious food.

There is no zone for massage. Not sure it is correct to sell the service when you have only person who make massage, but no conditions to do it. Was very disappointed with this. Small variety of food and small portions, but food is tasty. This hotel is definitely not the best for families with kids.

Very clean, well equipped, with great design of rooms. Very nice staff. Location is good if you want to discover this part of Zakopane. It smells amazing in the hotel, and in the room. Perfect hotel for adults with the primary goal to go hiking.
