No lift, if you have heavy suitcase can be difficult. Towel extra 5 ZLT loan fee for each.

The mattress was very uncomfortable you can feel the springs . The wifi did not work in the room only in the common areas. I was on the top floor lot of stairs no elevator. Very hot during the day you cant be in the room it was plus 30 degrees inside.

Its in a good central location , close to the main train/ bus station downtown . Lot of nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Nice area the city is nice everywhere.

It being an unusually hot summer, the room was hot. There were 2 fans going, and that was some respite. The beds themselves are a bit squeaky and noisy, and there are no privacy curtains or anything - just the basics - which is fine, but it would be nice to have a ceiling fan or something to cool the place down.

The check-in was easy and quick, and the 24-hour desk was one of the main reasons I chose this hostel. The room was big and spacious and the place itself was great for my short stay. I have no problem with staying here again… great hostel!

Old windows. No towels. A lot of noise in the morning. Shared shower/toilet among 4 rooms.

The room was very hot, one small fan did not make any difference. A very old wooden window would not stay opened over the night. Windows definitely needs upgrading. The bathroom needs a mop and a bucket to wipe any spillages and splashes. Also, the bathroom locks can be very easily unlocked from the outside (by simply using something flat to twist it). As a female who travelled solo and my room was at the top, that gave me a bit of anxiety.

I didn't like it that there were a couple of people puking in the common toilet which smelled disgusting later on. The mattresses of the beds could be changed too. They were worn out already.

I liked the location however it wasn't too close to the center, but I enjoy walking so that was alright. The hostel is close to the bus and train station which was very convenient for me.

Great location, close to train and food and drink. Pleasant surroundings, clean kitchen and public space and a nice garden courtyard outdoors.

I was living on the 3rd floor and since there is no ac it was very warm. However the accommodation provided fans, it wasnt all bad. The showerhead wasnt completely working as well.

I loved the common areas. The living room, garden/patio outside. You could also borrow some board games from the reception desk
