The beds are squeaky and too soft for my taste.

Great location, great price and probably the best ratio of comfort to price in the whole town. Very nice staff. Rooms are spacious, so even though many people are sleeping in one room you still have air to breathe.

You have to leave your key behind when you step out, which I can understand but it took me almost 10 minutes to track somebody so I can return to my room. That's the only downside.

The hostel is a short ten minutes walk from the Old Town. I was quite impressed with the bar being open till 10, why? They were actively inviting people to come and meet new people, hang out and make new friends. Quite something when you're travelling alone; I ended up meeting two people and we were out until 5am! The bedrooms are very well kept, the beds are very comfortable and I was out like a light when I lay down.

Lack of lift - I was on top floor - up eight flights of stairs. Carry case was a struggle and having to return for something you’d forgotten was a bore

It is not located inside the old town and requires a short walk to the tram/bus stations.

Everything is clean, private bathroom is a good size. Good locker size. Lovely staffs. Cheap drinks at the bar. Located close to the restaurants and bars.

Level 1 where my dorm was and where the cooking/eating space is had terrible WiFi. Ground floor and Third floor were much better. They need a WiFi repeater or mesh on the first floor. You had to make your own bed and all the sheets I was left had multiple blood stains on them.

The location is great, the setup with key codes to different areas were good, nightly activities were a good way to meet other travelers, the shelf with charging points on each bed was good, and the locker space in the room was good. :)

It's a hostel, a lot better than two star in Australia that I last stayed in.

We had the dorm with bathroom (15b) on second floor rear, overlooking the massive gardens to the rear of the neighbouring property. It was very clean and tidy despite some negative reviews and very quiet.

There was no elevator, so the 3rd floor is frustrating to get to, with all the luggage We had the feeling we were in a hospital. The metal doors in the hallway, codes for every area, metal beds, the blue paint on the walls, all these gave us an eerie feeling. It would be nice to have some color somewhere. The bunk beds were squeaky, so we woke each other up many times when we moved. The bathrooms are mixt, so that is quite uncomfortable. When I entered to brush my teeth, there was a guy just coming out of the shower. He was embarrassed, and so was I. He hid back in the shower, and I hid in the toilet. It was cringe. You get a bed sheet, a pillow, and a blanket case, so you have to do and undo your own bed, which is not much, but we never experienced this before in other hostels. It was just new, that is all.

Location was great. It is very close to every important points of interest. It is also close to the bridge, and of course, to Vistula river, where hou can find many on--water restaurants The room was clean and large enough. Matresses were comfortable. The shared bathrooms were clean and there was hot water. It was quiet The ladies at the reception are very nice. There is good free wi-fi in the room. There are board games you can rent from the reception

sometimes i prefer rooms with max 4 beds, to socialize a little. avoiding unpleasant situations typical of sharing the same space. ... i hate people who snore. and during my stay, they put me with people who snore. even though i had earplugs, there was a guy who snored so loudly that they could hear him on the whole floor. i anticipated my departure and asked to check out the night before.

when i go to krakow, i usually book in this hostel. at least until today....

Personnel is the worst I’ve seen so far in Poland. They try to speak nicely, but what they really want to tell you is that you are their slave and please feel that all the time you are there! Also, some rooms have windows at the street with trams, so can be quite noisy.

Nothing, everything was fine. My advice: to add individual curtains on the beds for more privacy.

Friendly and efficient staff. Big rooms with personnel lockers. Individual reading light and plugs in each bed. Clean bathroom and shower. Access coded for security. Nice patio and bar. Organised activities every day. Good kitchen. Very good location. I booked 2 nights and stayed for 4 more.

The door to my room was not locking and I felt uncomfortable to leave my belongings for too long in the cupboard. All the roommates were nice though.

The hostel is very near to the old town. Rooms are cozy and pretty. They have opened a bar just recently. It has an exit to a little comfortable garden.
