Our room was located off reception.. which was a little odd, and it meant it was a little noisy at times when guests were coming and going. But it's a quiet reception overall.

Room was very comfortable. Staff were always attentive and helpful. Extremely happy with stay.

Everything was perfect!

The apartment was gorgeous and well equipped with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect: close to the Market Square but on a quiet street. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We especially appreciated their help in getting us last-minute tickets to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Absolutely nothing!

I can’t say enough about Apartamenty Bracka 6. From booking to check-in to check-out, the staff was absolutely brilliant—treated me like an old friend. I was arriving very late, and they helped with arranging airport transfer (reasonably priced) and codes to get in and access my room key. They were also quick to offer recommendations on restaurants and activities during my stay. The room was super clean, had a very comfortable bed, was well-stocked (including a coffee machine which is a must for me as a caffeine addict), and the a/c was amazing (central air which was a must for the 30*C/90*F temps Kraków was experiencing). The location is perfect, just steps from Rynek Główny, yet the room was very quiet. I was initially skeptical about all the glowing reviews but I experienced first-hand what everyone was raving about. I’m so glad I stayed here, and will definitely stay again during any future visits. Dziękuję to Barbara and the team!

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave.

The apartment was amazing; so clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent and the location couldn't be better - a one minute walk to the main square. The staff were so friendly and helpful and full of good recommendations. Thank you. We'll be back!

Curtains were very light so let in a lot of light early in the morning. Would be best with black out curtains and would have given 10/10 if it wasn’t for this.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Brack 6 apartments and highly recommend it. The studio was very clean and bright. It is a mix of a self-contained apartment with the facilities of a hotel, including reception and cleaning upon request. It's just 2 minutes from the main square and close to all the main attractions.

Our room opened into the lobby by reception. This meant you could hear every conversation at the desk and it felt like our privacy was compromised. Talking woke us up at least once. I imagine any other room would be absolutely fine.

Spacious airy apartment with great amenities for a 4 day trip. Check in and cleaner all good. Apartment modern and very clean. Slightly unusual bathroom set up, but overall excellent. Lovely to have a separate lounge area. The location is fabulous 2 minute walk to main square.
