We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PakistanThe overall experience was fine, but wasn't really a five star experience. The staff is somewhat rigid, there was some mismanagement in terms of our room. We were first allocated one room and sent to the relevant floor. Upon nearing the room, we were told that they had double booked and would need to change our rooms. They made us wait on the 2nd Floor near some sofas for about 10-12 minutes, after which we were given a room on the third floor. You can not wear shorts in their main restaurant for breakfast, and the wait for a simple omelette was excruciatingly long.
Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and lots of variety.

Need to maintain some international standard. Need to keep at least 3 people for serving.

AustraliaThe things that let this hotel down are the lack of staff experience in hospitality. The small touches that turn a 4 star hotel into a 5 star hotel. Luxury is not just about the physical aspects of a stay but the experience and feeling of pampering and luxury you get staying at a 5 star. I have stayed at numerous hotels internationally and i was disappointed of the experience. When I arrived there were no towels in the bathroom. The wifi had not been set up on the mobile phone. One of the waiters at breakfast was trying to get a little too familiar making me feel uncomfortable. I received a card on arrival with me key card that said breakfast was complimentary for me and my guest. However, when I took my sister to the restaurant for breakfast she was charged. I was told at reception that the complimentary breakfast only applies to people who have checked in and I should have checked in my sister when I arrived. For such an expensive stay a 3000 rupee breakfast is not a big deal - especially given this was just a process mistake. They could have waived the cost. Instead our breakfast was interrupted by being informed of this cost which then impacted our experience of breakfast. Something that could have been done at the end of breakfast. Overall it was a wonderful stay but these were areas that could be improved - thinking about your guest and putting yourself in their shoes, checking the set up of a room prior to a guest checking in.
Wonderful welcome. Doormen look fabulous in their traditional Pakistani outfits and are warm, welcoming and polite. Security is great giving a sense of safety. The hotel is absolutely stunning and showcases Pakistans rich heritage perfectly. Having a spa on site is wonderful. I had a massage and some waxing done and both were pleasant experiences. Breakfast variety was great and the main restaurant and courtyard is beautiful. The lady who checked me in and the lady that greeted me at breakfast were very courteous. Complimentary drinks and water are a nice touch as you are tired and thirsty getting to the hotel. Strong wifi connection through a local mobile was super helpful for having a conference in another country. The bed and pillow selection was great. Room service was great and prompt. Nice club sandwich!

United KingdomRooms do look tired.We had booked the executive suite and at that price something exceptional was expected , but the room carpet looked tired with gross marks everywhere , quite disgusting actually. The control panel next to the bed was falling apart and very dated , the black ash furniture , the bath tub very old tired looking . Apart from the room the hotel looks the part.
Air of grandeur , pleasant everything expensive .It was New Year’s Eve so restaurants booked but one young lady very helpful and gave us a table. Quite excellent complimentary service to the airport. Great buffet breakfast if one is a big eater. Pleasant staff overall. I do like the old preserved door decors quite excellent .
