I want you to clean up your room and spray mosquito repellent at the end. I've been bitten by mosquitoes in my hotel room that I've never been bitten in Korea. Five times...

All the staff were very friendly and the facilities were well maintained and easy to use. The breakfast menu was diverse, but it tasted good If there's one thing I'm sorry about, I couldn't drink the coffee because it was too strong. I hope there are various kinds of coffee

The resto outside.

The food was nice in the outside resto except it's not enough to give shelter when its raining. Some parts of the covered areas are dripping.

Its not quite accessible for other shops and restuarant, but they do offer shuttle to New Town Mall. We used Grab to get around.

Very friendly staff...the breakfast buffet have really good choices... the place is really clean... we got a room with lovely ocean view. There are 3 places to eat with in the hotel

The beach was a little bit small and the coral in the sand sharp.

Staff directly brought us the bill after every order/ request we made at the café, we weren't even done yet. They could have asked us if we would like to order more or if we would like to request the bill.

The bed was huge and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the infinity pool and direct access to the beach was awesome. Unfortunately we had strong winds during our stay so we couldn't access the beach. We will definitely come again.

Everything from the staff to the amenities. Staff were super friendly and attentive to all the guest. We felt welcomed. The room was beyond comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. They have an infinity pool and beach access. Just loved the hotel vibe.

The cover for the bathroom in our room kept sliding off but other than that all the other stuffs are amazing.

It was a great and relaxing hotel. I think the positive experience is worth the cost. We enjoyed their buffet, so much options and the staffs are all so friendly and wonderful.

the brewed coffee not strong… well its individual preferences… the bfast set up is buffet and self served…. the coffee mugs can be bigger or have a staff that can go around serving coffee or refilling water…. the accoustics at “the kitchen” can be improve…. the garbage bins can be hidden…. staff was dishing out left over food and guest can see the huge garbage bins…. chaffing dishes temp checked regularly…. the koi area can be improved… dark and gloomy….

What I would add is to extend the opening hours of The Bakery to have an additional option for having dinner

We checked in pretty late and we had trouble looking for the open gate. The entrance that waze and google map is pointing was closed at the moment but the guards and local folks helped us through.

The hotel itself is stunning, added by the view its exceptional. Got to see the sunrise in Cebu in our own room which I loved

We wanted the lounge bar to work on the days we were there. Unfortunately it only works on weekends. I think they can hire an employee to work on Mondays-Wednesdays too.

A lot! Big room, big balcony, nice furniture, great bath. We even tried the gym and it very good.
