The pool could use daily cleaning. One guest had a dogs that was constantly barking. I really don't believe this hotel should allow pets. It spoils the peace and quiet guests are seeking when booking there.

Staff are professional and the best of any hotel in Manila. It was wonderful have a Western European Bathroom in the bedroom. . The breakfast was included which is cooked to order. No cold breakfast buffet here. It's truly a hidden gem of Manila. I will be booking again with them soon.

Amazing oasis in the midst of mad Manilla. We relaxed as soon as we walked through the gate . Staff were very always helpful. Loved the pool after coming back from the heat of the city Beds very comfortable We were given a very good bonus rate for the first night when we arrived at 3am from an overnight bus.. much appreciated

The curtains in the bedroom could have been “doubled” with a light filtering tissue : meaning that in the morning the bedroom is bathed in light despite the drawn curtains Globally the personnel is responsive to your needs and eager to help … yet not very smiling. So I guess the customer relation could be somehow improved with a little more empathy

The architecture (old mansion with style) and the garden makes the Henry hotel a very positive experience in Manila You are protected from the usual Manila rhythm, noise, crowd by being in this secured mansion hotel. The style, the equipments, the quality makes it a excellent place where to stay

Curtains are not dark enough.

Something totally different. Only few rooms in a nice garden. Not too far from MOA, Makati and Intramuros. Staff was helpful. Small but nice pool in the shade. Breakfast a la carte but good. Bar serves craft beer.

You can hear the noise from the other rooms, if you have light sleep. One of our neighboors had a flight during the night and we heard them packing in the middle of the night, until they left.

There could be more flexibility for breakfast offer. You need to choose between Coffee/Tea/Juice. You cannot get coffe and Juice. To get both should not be a problem for this kind of hotel

Air conditioner could be updated — pretty noisy

Probably one of the few locations available in that area with such a lush vegetation. Loved that we had such a quiet stay in the hustle and bustle in Manila. Staff was great! Bar was closed when we arrived around 10 in the night but one of the guys managed to get us gin & tonic outside 🤩 Pool was cool 😎 and for people complaining about leaves in the water… It’s covered by trees! What do expect? We asked staff to clean it. Done!✅ Breakfast was excellent!

Room was a bit too small. Booked the garden suite. One would expect a suite to at least have a full sized bed. Had also asked for flowers to be put in the room at extra charge which was confirmed by the hotel team which were missing.

Really helpful staff. Apartment 1 B the restaurant had really.good food. Beautiful pool

The suite was pretty small and poor lighting in the bathroom with very little storage for a longer stay.

The location was great to get exposure to a more authentic experience of the people of Manila. The location was an easy grab trip to Makati for your typical creature comforts (food, shopping). The property itself was a lovely oasis, beautifully kept architecture and wonderful grounds.

It was all perfect.

Your cab is inching through a congested main thoroughfare not far from Manila’s international airport. Suddenly it takes a few turns and pulls into a driveway through a security gate. You enter a peaceful oasis festooned with giant trees and hanging vines, and pull up to a heritage house embellished with original floor tiles and wrought iron gates. Inside the rooms have a 1940’s vintage vibe, but the bathrooms are pristine and modern. You feel like a time traveler, yet you are insanely comfortable, with a/c and cocktails close at hand…

The room, curtain was very dusty my husband had allergies all night. The room was very small and the garden was not well kept. The pool even has so many leaves and water looked murky.

Everything was great, highly recommend. We both felt safe as there was a security guard at the entrance and would double check from reception every time the grab driver entered.
