The exhaust in the CR is very noisy, I think it's broken. I also could not open the door to the balcony.

Very good location. The room is very clean and very spacious. I like that the room amenities are complete, very convenient. They even have a water dispenser, washing machine and laundry detergent. The food choices are amazing.

Great place to stay for family in suite. Staff from front desk to housekeeping just fabulous. Perfect location, excellent rooms, clean, quality facilities including massage/spa and pool hang-out area. Front desk were especially accommodating. Airport pick up was ideal for Manila stay

Brown water iwasvcoming out of the shower. It really looks like dirty water. Had to keep it running till water gets clear. Also, it takes a while for water to drain while you shower. When I mentioned that to reception, he kind of dismissed what I said about it because there's another guest next to me. There was nothing to feel embarrassed about if he had known how to address it. After checkout, the experience wasn't that great, so you should also consider checking the room or booking fee.

The room temperature was good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Washing machine easy to use. Great also that there are TV in the living area and another one in the bedroom. Great selection of food during breakfast.

The breakfast wasn’t great, some of the food even though it was still early in the day seemed stale / old. Lunches and dinners were great though!

This is our go to place to stay. One bedroom suite with kitchen, laundary and spacious living. Perfect location near malls, restaurants and access North and South. The staff (especially Jerry and Christian) are friendly and wonderfully accommodating. Great little spa, gym and kids area too
