Just option for food during breakfast. a bit pricey and for the taste some are good some are so so.

facilities such as pools were the best since there were a lot of options and rooms also, beds were big for a twin size which my husband and children loved. very spacious and clean. although I would suggest that lock on sliding doors shouldn't be placed were it's reachable especially for children and since most of the rooms are located in the upper floor. As for the food, it was okay but options are limited for 900 price range. anyways overall it was great and we would love to stay again some other time 💚

The beach isn’t very great, but the swimming pools make up for it. Overall location was a bit secluded, no nearby food option but the hotel restaurant which was excellent but a bit pricey.

Very family friendly, nice kiddie pools. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Free shuttle to SM seaside was very convenient. Buffet is amazing.

- Too much Korean food. - Takes too long to get a soda at dinner time. - Bowls for cereal was missing almost every breakfast when getting close to closing. - Smoking area is just one place and the condition of it is really bad.

Nothing and expensive the hotel

Paid (a fair bit) extra to let our son sleep in our room (booked a room with 2 double beds so only using what was there anyway). Got to the room, only one bed so obviously given the wrong type of room. Returned to reception who offered to give us an extra bed, for free, like they were doing us a favour. Eventually got the type of room we initially booked but it was handled badly and spoilt our impression of the hotel. Had the evening buffet on the first night which was disappointing, a la carte the following night was much better.

Decent facilities and kept clean. Still looks like there is some building work going on though but wasn’t a problem.

The disadvantage is that you are half an hour away by taxi from Mactan Cebu airport. Combining this with a slow check in/out process this is not ideal for overnights with the aim to be quick at the airport.

Staff needs customer service training.We check in late and it was raining but the front desk assumed like we know the place. Didn’t even bother to guide us on how to go to the other side of the building.

Some rooms have inconsistent equipment such as one room having no bidet while the other does. Or one room has a hair blower while the other doesn't. Shower pressure and overall shower could be improved, as well as adding additional necessities such as hair conditioner, lotion, etc.

We liked the breakfast and the abundance of pools. It was also nice that there were a lot of facilities to try out such as the spa and game room, al though we didn't get to try them all. Room could be improved.

Some toilet doesn’t have bidet, and even theres one, it’s not working properly. Food was great but I noticed most of the breads are dense that its so hard to chew, like the pizza dough.

It has a big space that even there a lot of guest, it doesn’t feel that crowded. Solea is such a kid friendly resort.

The aircon kept on leaking, even ask if we can change a room since we are staying for 3 days. Buffet was kind of disappointing since we are looking for dried fish or ang local delicacies, non of which are available.

I don’t like the idea of changing locations of building accommodation upon checking in. What is the use of choosing where you would like to stay upon booking and when you get to the property they will change it for the reason its not available. We are looking forward to where we exactly like to stay and end up waiting for the room availability after check-in time requirement. They offered late hour check-out but we dont need it for we have to leave early on our check-out day.

Excellent for a staycation. Comfortable bed its amazing experience and its an excellent idea that under the bed is cleaned. Spacious room size.

The razor was so dull that I got really hurt shaving. Many of the toiletries disappeared compared to our last visit like earbuds, no conditioner, the body soap barely dispensed anything. The hotel also booked way too many people! The big aquapark (the one next to the lagoon waterpark) was too dirty. The spa and sample lotions were no longer included in the package.

Staff service is good as usual. The food is great, as usual. The bed was perfectly comfortable.

Rat or cat, running around and across the inside the ceiling. Fridge side door drink barholder, came off, water bottles fell off, broke. It took 3 to 5 hours to clean the broken glasses. I called for bath towels and paper towels, no one came, I had to get it from the housekeeping room, 4 hrs later, we got a bath towel. The A/C condensation drips like it was raining in the middle of the room.

Buffet. Shower water pressure. Friendly staffs.
