However, I wish I had received a direct ocean view room as seen in the pictures, rather than an ocean view from the side. Despite this minor disappointment, the overall experience was outstanding.

My staycation at Sheraton Cebu was the highlight of my Cebu trip, thanks to the exceptional staff who were warm, accommodating, and always greeted me with a smile. Their hospitality made my stay truly memorable. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, reflecting the hotel's newer status with well-maintained and modern amenities. The resort offers genuine relaxation by the beach. One of my favorite spots was the cave-like bar (Buhi Bar) next to the pool which was the perfect place to sip a cocktail while enjoying the beach view. They even went the extra mile to provide a complimentary bottle of wine and cake for my anniversary, which made me feel incredibly special. Overall, the Sheraton Cebu provided an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind, relax and create beautiful memories in Cebu!

I love everything about our stay. Excellent and efficient customer service. Very cozy and spacious room. A lot of recreational activities available. Buffet breakfast has a nice variety of food.

A perfect resort to unwind and rejuvenate. The level of services is top-notch. The room is big, a spacious bathroom with a huge bathtub, and I like the fact that the shower and toilet are separate. The use of native timber and traditional decor is very impressive. They offer a beautiful spread of an international cuisine buffet. It's a great resort for family holidays, there's plenty of activities for children. The wellness spa is another level. We will be back!

The salmon was salty. The hotel I stayed in Manila prior to coming to your hotel, sliced the salmon in front of you. No salty taste. The pastry was very bland. I took a bite and didn’t eat anymore. The taste just wasn’t there.

Wasn’t wild about the food. My wife loved it. People working the breakfast couldn’t have been nicer.

The resort is a little too small compared to Shanghai-la but I’d come back and stay again in a heartbeat.

Why oh why did you play loud, aggressive flamenco style, Gypsy Kings music in such an elegant and refined restaurant??!!! It's a Peruvian/Japanese styled restaurant so let’s keep the music in the same format? I did mention this point to the duty manager and I’m pleased that the volume was turned down for the next evening but there was still the Gypsy Kings and some other style vying for my attention at the same time! Also, the beach bar was playing loud rap “music” whilst most in the bar were Asian couples just wanting to chat quietly. I shall return!

I’m a bit of a “foodie” so was impressed with the quality (and quantity….not too much…not too little)of the food…..smoked Atlantic salmon and juicy, tasty scallops in Cebu? WOW! You certainly beat any of the restaurants in the resort just south of you.

Gym could be better (more equipment) Signs showing directions in the hotel were a bit vague so we had to ask for directions from the staff several times Not many dining options yet outside of the resort

The food was really good at DIP and 5Cien, and breakfast buffet spread changes from day to day The rooms were quite big and luxurious, with the high ceilings and airy hallways the resort never felt crowded or too hot - also loved that there were so many power outlets and charging points in the room. The staff were so friendly - the resort activities were fun too

More appropriate for families than for couples

The hotel is new and modern Breakfast was outstanding, we ate couple of times at the dinner buffet and it was also great, the pool bar and restaurant offered great foods and cocktails Staff were welcoming and uncanny.
