It was a hot day and I understand the power outage could be an issue, but if the outage happened four times a night, and I had to talk to the staff to reboot the system, it was an issue. The AC is an old style and should have been changed. I liked my room, and it faced the sea with a great view, but the decors of the room and facilities could get some updates. I moved to the hotel next door for a wedding the next day. They charged much more for the same style room, but I did not have power outage and the breakfast was much better.

The staff were fantasic and they were doing their best to support the customers. They are friendly and courteous. The hotel location is great and the view was absolutly beautiful.

Water pressure in our bathroom was super low. We stayed at CoCo 1, family villa, and we told the staff about it and they didn’t do anything. So we just sucked it up and endured the low pressure for 7 days. We were there for a week.

The location is by far the best. Close to everything in Tourism road. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It has swimming pools and access to the beach a steps away.

Everything is almost perfect however if you’re staying in the annex area. the connection of wifi is super slow and weak. Overall, it is really good place to stay if you’re having a vacation in Siargao.

Our biggest dislike was the tap/ shower water smelt awful. I heard this hotel wasn’t the only one with water that smelt tho.

When we came the smell of the water is not good and the water on shower is slow and the swimming pool in the beach front is under construction its very disappointing😡

Food at the restaurant a bit too expensive in comparison with the offeres at the mainroad. We haven't tried it. Maybe the quality is very good. Staff were friendly but it felt a bit distanced wich is quite uncommon for the Philippines.

Location inside main area but nevertheless quit. We walked all the time and if not you just need a tricycle. Kind of old spanish looking restaurant interior although they advertise it as thai restaurant. Very good breakfast for the country and price. There was real milk and strawberry jam from germany. Pool (billiard) for free (some baskets were broken, the balls felt down). beautiful sand beach straight in front of the resort under sun and during high tight. Working save. Beautiful lamps and lightning inside the room and on terrace. Chillout area under a shack at the beach.

The staff were not great, dismissive with any requests although polite and said yes mam when requesting anything. They just didn’t do anything promptly when asked and had to follow up multiple times to get something resolved. Eg. Had no blanket on a bed and asked three times for it over 24 hours. Can only get one key per room also not ideal for travelling with friends. We didn’t have water for an entire morning we were there.

Location is great. Can walk to restaurants and bars easily.

Pls fix the walkway to our garden suite as when it rains, you will walking in a dirt mud, also the road going to Romantic Beach Villa should be asphalt or cemented & be lighted especially@ night so drivers driving to your place is safe & easy. Thank you.

I would have rated higher but our original room was split with a paper thin wall so was very noisey and felt like we had no privacy from next door. We moved for our last night to a better room which was great so it’s a shame the first room is even offered to book because it really let the place down. The location was great very close to all the bars / restaurants. Lovely beach front pool and bar too.

The bar tender was inattentive and overcharged us for drinks The scooter rental was a POS, barely any brake and the battery died after leaving the key on while I quickly used the ATM. Just needs work Villas out by the road, nothing romantic about them, shades of brown, dense foam mattress, blah pillows, bathroom smelly, toilet had issues, window screen was suspect. I guess if you have kids and want privacy you can lock them I half the villa without Air Con

Breakfast was good, location of resort was good, resort lobby staff was good and really pleasant. Ham sandwiches and private Van to the airport was a nice touch as we left
