Carpet in foyer on level 6 needs to be replaced past its use by date . Had a function on the Friday night and restaurant wasn’t open but didn’t tell patrons it was closed due to function. You need to cater for people who are gluten free celiac

The main disadvantage of the hotel is the location in China Town, which is extremely crowded and very very busy.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, the room was very clean and everything was nice.

Our phones get disconnected from time to time. Phones are there for security purposes, right?

During our stay the hotel had internet issues. But I guess it was just an unfortunate timing.

It's my second time staying. As always I value my stay due to proximity to everything, value for money, accessible to public transportation and the hotel staff were all welcoming, accomodating and friendly. Special mention to Marvin, Jeff, Edward, Jessa, Angel, Cuenca and Gallo.

Everything was okk.

The staff members were all helpful , welcoming and always smiling. And i surely thank the staff at breakfast who were really hospitable and hard- working and Edward who helped us to find a taxi to the airport.the room was spacious and well- equipped.the location is good too.

There were single use plastics. It would be better if they just had refills for bathroom amenities and became more sustainable.

I liked the clean spacious rooms with bathtubs and good food and central location in Binondo. The one bedroom we utilized as an intimate meeting room. The roofdeck breakfast buffet was great too and the butter and jam spread were in aesthetic refillables rather than singleuse plastics. Good value for money.

They asked for am additional security deposit of 2000 php, other than the advance room payment, which was not informed earlier. The deposit is yet to be refunded even after the checkout.

The room was cleaned, however aircon system is not in good service, the sound is too loud to get a good sleep.

The location is convenient for morning walk to Intramuros, and reaching out ChinaTown easily. The bellman staff Edwarad is very friendly to accompany us and our luggages to grabcar when we checked out.

The room given to us was ok , area is just right, but when night time comes and we are suppose to sleep, we can hear sound of things moving from the upper floor. On the fourth day of our stay My sister went to ask and complain of the sounds we hear from the upper floor, that we come to know that our room's upper floor is the breakfast area . Information area was supposed to change our room but we didnt change room anymore coz we dont want to repack all our things to move to another room.

Hotel location is Very accessible to places im going to. All the staffs are friendly and readily greetings us everyday. We stayed for a week, the breakfast is great and has lots of food choices.

We got upgraded twice; the second one due to the poor AC in the room we were booked.

Everything about this hotel was really great, Very happy with our stay here. Great views. Walkable distance to Intramuros, China Town, Binondo shopping etc.

I understand the room was pretty standard in size but it felt a bit constricted for two people (perfect size for one person). Breakfast was lacking. I walk in see a basket full of all kinds of amazing breads get super excited and then ...it's just for show and there's only one kind of blah bread. There was no plain yogurt (I can't eat sugar and was a little sad about it) and the french toast was so bad! First world critique I know I know but I was coming from Boracay where hotel breakfasts are really good and this one disappointed me. I would also like to comment on the staff here . So they are extremely polite but they have memorized lines (like canned replies from a chat bot) and get utterly confused when you ask something they have been programed to answer. Again not the staff's fault they are all exceptional ppl but they training dpt inadequacy. Also they had just one map of the area (you know the ones that are full of ads and stuff) so when we left it in the room and asked for one more they were unable to provide one.

The location right in the entrance of China Town a very vibey place in Manila and walking distance from Intramuros (the "old town") and Rizal parc! I also loved the sort of old fashion luxury! And I have to say the staff were extremely polite. And it was of course very clean. And the bathroom was spacious.

There is no cable TV and only local channels. That is the only disappointment.

The concierge, Mr Jeff, was exceptionally helpful and nice. The security man, Mr Cuenca, was also exceptionally helpful, help us to get taxi and give us guidance to go around the city. Great thank you to them both.

Can't really say. Maybe the traffic, but not much the hotel can do about that.

Great location in the middle of Chinatown. We were there during Chinese New Year so was extra lively and exciting. Very kind and polite reception, I didn't get their names but were very helpful. Only there one night, but pleasant stay. On departure we were lucky to have the bellmen Albert, Cuenca, and Jeff there who were able to help us with the transportation logistics, especially storing our bags and helping us with the travel arrangements. Got to the airport in good time with a fair price. Next time we will come to Manila we will be back for sure.

We liked our room (Deluxe double with "landmark view" over the roof of Binondo Church) but could do with some refreshing

Perfect location for the Chinese New Year if you want to be in the middle of the action! Very pleasant and efficient staff. Special mention to the amazing door porter Edward! Extremely helpful and thoughtful! Tasty breakfast, although the yoghurts section as always empty
