The water coolers on each floor were left empty for days even after informing staff and house cleaning came every morning knocking on your door at 8am if you didn’t let them in then the room didn’t get cleaned at all even if you asked them to

Children under 5 years can stay for free in the room ... as long as they sleep on the floor or in bed with the parents! An extra bed is charged 800 pesos. This was not comunicated as such and came as an unpleasant surprise. The receptionist explained this was a "cultural difference" with the west!! The internet connection was not reliable and completely out for two of our 5-day stay.

Knowing the property wasn’t a five star resort, it did well at providing all it could. The place is clean and staff do a great job at maintaining this standard. Service is also very quick for any requests which is always super convenient Location was good! An easy walking distance from Alona beach, across the road from a delicious pizza place and a station of tricycle drivers

We were in the west building which was fine but the pool is Tiny and kinda loud if people are there and your in your room.

Close to everything. Quiet at night. Hot water and a/c were great. The best part was the staff. 5 star staff especially Paul in the restaurant and the girls at the front desk. They were top notch! Get a massage from Aurther. Super professional staff I just can’t say enough.

Our room has a very noisy aircondition… At first, the front desk lady gave us a room that is beside the road and front of smoking area. We neglect to take it because we have a 1 year old baby. Then she transfer us to the room that is quite old. As i said, noisy aircondition plus smelly bathroom. No proper blanket. In our last day, one staff keep opening our room. 2 times. And when i confronted and asked him why you keep opening our room, he just turned his back without saying anything or be sorry for mistakenly opening our room. Not a pleasant stay at all. Also, in the ads description, it says 7 mins walk to Alona beach, it’s not true. Its 15 or more - though we like the walking to the beach but ads description is misleading.

Most of employees were friendly. My baby enjoyed the pool.

- Every time I opened the tap in the bathroom, there was a very foul smell (like a sewer), but the water looked normal - It wasn't clear that I would need to pay an additional 12% (VAT) on top of the booking price. In the booking confirmation email, the amount was listed without VAT, and I was surprised I had to pay 12% more.

The staff were the least helpful we experienced in all the Philippines. The room itself was fine for what you pay, pool was a nice addition, the gym is an additional cost for those staying which I found unusual. Good location.
