- there is no real beach in front, you need to walk to vanilla beach 2 mins. - plastic chairs - too loud music until too late - you can smell sigarettes from neighbours trough windows/door - ants, some also in bed - replace the bathroom door

- bungalow hut with sea front - good bed - good airco - lovely breakfast - friendly and serving staff - the area is great (but more expensive) - sea within 2mins. walking, not too crowded

Extremely many mosquitoes. No mosquito net. No airtight doors and windows. Extremely small accommodation.

The room is right on the beach, which is incredibly beautiful. The staff are a dream.

Zipline is right above so sometimes it can get a bit noisy, but it's only during the day. Only accessible via the beach - 10 minute walk from drop off. It's a 2star hotel so we weren't expecting more and were happy with this hotel.

The view - the bungalow was right on the beach. The hotel's restaurant was also very nice, beautiful views, feet in the sand. Location is great, it's in a quiet area of El Nido but you have a few bars and restaurants around. The room is on the smaller side but was very confortable.

We stayed in the bungalow rooms on the beach front (though the front is taken by the massage beds). If you are a light sleeper don’t stay here, the ac is loud, & you can hear everything outside super easy. The room is very basic & small when you are two with big bags, backpacks etc. Little room to easily put your things. In general, the room needs a good deep clean. The staff though friendly were a little clueless at times. Internet passwords initially provided were wrong, and continued to be until 5th, 6th etc. person looked into it. Breakfast could be improved. Access to the hotel is a 5-10mins walk from the main road partially along the beach. This is ok if you are fit, but I didn’t realise until we arrived, it wasn’t ideal for my mum who regularly keeps a walking stick. She made it though with no complaints.

The security guard holding a shotgun seems unnecessary. They could have a concealed weapon like most other resorts. The trip to Napcan Beach that the staff organised could have been better advised as it was a very uncomfortable ride on a tricycle and would be better off with a van or taxi offered at least. It's a long way to go and would of been good to know before leaving.

The beach ou the front is not swimmable but it's a very short walk to a swimmable beach.

We experienced a power outage and have to move to another room which is fine. But the key card of the new room is not working. We have to force our way in every single time. Breakfast is okay. Wish they have more options for the food tho. P.S. there are geckos.

The hotel’s location is superb. Thew view from our room is amazing. The bed is comfortable as well.

definitely dont take bike rental from the property. they charged us for an already broken helmet and a broken key compartment that was not of our fault

Location and awesome staff I had the opportunity to make my bungalow nice with some comfy furniture on the porch and a few nice plants And they let me stay one more night for free because of typhoon and canceled flights.

nobody contacted us that we need to tell them what time we are arriving so nobody picked us up from vanilla beach. it was a very long walk with our luggages. we had to carry them because we couldn’t roll our suitcases in the sand. breakfast could be improved.

The only great thing is the location. Otherwise, the accomodation lacks what you expect in that price range. The tiles in the bath were quite broken, it was also a bit dirty. The breakfast was once served cold. The service personell is not very competent.

The location is fantastic - you are directly next to one of the most beautiful beaches of the area

Room was quite run down especially the bathroom. A lot of mosquitoes could get into the room. There were bug smears all over the walls. No wifi in the room or cell phone reception. Unfortunately the bathroom was extremely stinky but I believe that is just due to the facilities in the area. Advised us at check in that they were having issues with the wifi. Wifi in restaurant was patchy also. Staff were kind but it didn’t really feel like they knew we were staying at the resort as a lot of their attention went to the restaurant guests. Location was well worth the stay however the room was nothing special.

The beach huts are quite simple, but clean and quiet. But in the end the location - walking out of the door directly into the beach - is perfect ***** (5 Stars)!! Amazing view at the bay and 3 minutes walk to the best sunset spot!!

Is inconvenient to have to carry bags a long way as the hotel is not accessible by vehicle, but we didn’t pack much. There was no wifi when we were here and phone service isn’t great, but that meant we spent less time on our phones.

I loved the beautiful view and close proximity to the beach (it was right off the step). Two great, but slightly pricey by Philippines standards, restaurants right beside the resort and a restaurant in the resort as well. Free buffet breakfast which was delicious but not kept hot so if you don’t come right away it will be cold.

Lack of amenities and no internet during our stay. There were no cell network signals in our room aswell. During our last night the power went out. The hotel should have back up generators.

Location was close to vanilla beach and is a Beachfront property. Very nice view.

You had to ask for room cleaning even though you had the sign hanging on your door and also remind about cleaning. Wifi not working all the time. Sometimes all day without working.

Location is great! I could watch the landscapes for hours. It's very close to las cabanas sunset point which is a perfect place to watch sunsets and a nice beach for swimming. In front of the hotel it's rocky but just next to hotel a place for swimming. Tricycle to town costs 150 one way. Easy to get a tricykle. Nice and helpfull staff. Easy to buy tours or get a van at a tour point just next to the hotel. You can refill your waterbottle at the hotel. Little shop just next to hotel.
