The building by the pool needs improvement as it looks very old and outdated. they didn’t give me the room that i booked for. Bathroom has no hot running water and the sliding door at the balcony is broken that concerns me and my husband security at night. Staffs are great and very friendly.

I don't like that our hair dryer broke out 2 times. The location of our room is flooded outside that's why your feet will get wet. I also don't like that you have to pay just to borrow the utensils. The television is not really good also. The worst part are the mosquitoes in the room.

The breakfast is okay, not too extravagant. For the price you paid, it's all worth it. The location is reasonable although it's really tiring going around the resort since it's too big. I would suggest to offer a bicycle ride or tandem or something that can help the travelers. I like the staff. They're really accommodating and always smiling.

I didn't like the compliment water because they are only refilling the bottle. We just bought distilled water at the nearby convenience store. Be careful not to break their bottle otherwise, you'll be charged 350 pesos for each bottle. It is very expensive...

We stayed at the summer house. I like the ambiance of the place. It was relaxing. There were many trees. It really feels like you literally are in paradise.☺️ Another thing that I liked about the summer house was that you'll have privacy.

The actual rooms had a few issues - some with water pressure and some with working air condition. One of our rooms was on the 2nd floor and it didn't have an elevator. That was frustrating because I have bad knees, but the staff always carried our bags everywhere and was so very helpful, that honestly, they made up for any inconvenience and bad thing. They were amazing.

The pools, staff, location, and atmosphere was beautiful and absolutely amazing! It was gorgeous there and I really felt the beach resort vibes!

Would have liked to have a nice view from our room,also rats running around the pool area in the evening..so don’t leave food around on your poolside tables. We paid for 3 rooms,1 of which drain water was coming out from the shower room we reported it but they weren’t able to fix it. Also one of the rooms bathroom sink also blocked and tap not working.luckily there was another sink in the room to use.

Only the room is a bit old and cleaners don't really clean under the beds, we got some insects bites from the room.

We booked thru booking.com for 2 adults and.2 kids and stayed at West Deluxe building, which seem old and where toilet/bath are moldy and rusty. We have been moved.from Rm 139 to Rm 228 after I complained of molds.
