It's a very large resort and getting to the breakfast restaurant was a bit of a walk, but worth it. Plenty of food.. our room was on the 3rd floor but no lift.. so it was a slow walk up for me, but it wasn't a bad thing... the room was showing signs of age but it was still great

The location to the beach was great, just a very short walk... lots of restaurants everywhere... room was large and comfortable with a nice balcony, air conditioning was very good and cold, shower was great, tv also, and the room was set in a quiet area......

When checking in we were told that we had to pay for the airport transfers, which we had paid, even so, when booking the transfer we were told that we had to pay in advance, no choice was given, we had to pay in advance, so why at check-in were we asked for 10000 pesofee? No payment, no transfer Restaurant food, breakfast was not very good, I really wish we had gone for the option of no breakfast, really bad service from Restaurant staff when we said we would use the sunset Restaurant one night, was seated by the security man, good bloke, I'm not including him in how bad this was, he informed staff then they ignored us for 15 minutes so we left and went next door, when passing the front entrance to the restaurant there were restaurant staff trying to entice people in, pity they didn't look after the customer inside instead of looking for more, oh and the restaurant was very empty, so restaurant and restaurant staff were very polite but seriously not interested in looking after customers Pool bar, we didn't take money or anything valuable because we were there to enjoy ourselves, not babysit, our valuable items , some put drinks on our room bill, sounds easy, well it wasn't, it took them about 20 minutes to authorise the bill to be on our room, really slow W

The hotel was 85% very good, swimming pools were great, reception and housekeeping staff were excellent, overall the place is well worth the money and we had a great time

Room has a slightly creepy vibe. Although clean, the interior is dated—vibe is very 2000s. No outlet in desk area, no full length mirror, no place to put toiletries bottles in shower (only a soap dish). Wifi was 90% reliable; where it failed, my data tether worked fine (Globe line). A 20-minute walk to d-mall.

Huge room, clean, friendly & easy checkin, extensive channel selection, strong bidet, ac works perfectly. Breakfast buffet is mostly pinoy fare, which is a positive for me but may not be for everyone. Pics are a fair representation of the actual experience.

Bathroom was a little dated. Not sure if they gave us clean sheets throughout a weeks stay. Paid for 3 of us to stop in the room, they only gave us 2 towels and wanted to charge for an extra towel! Managed to get 1 in the end without charge! Only 1 key card for room-if you wanted an extra one it was chargeable with refundable deposit. Pool bar didn’t have great stock

Location was on the beach, and pools were excellent with slides, swim up bar and waterfall. Staff were very friendly

The prices of beer and drinks at the pool side bar are extremely overpriced to the point I wouldn’t purchase them at your hotel after the first time .

The cleanliness of the rooms which is not bad, it is acceptable. Towels are old.

The property is good for family travellers. All of us loved the pools especially they dont put too much chlorine which suits the kids skin. Breakfast is good, they have wide range of varieties.

Hotel needs better managment and renovation. Every day we had some problems, one evening there was no water in room, till staff fixed it we waited, another day cleaning came at 9 am (first time we faced with this time for cleaning) and woke us up, third day we waited one hour for receive beach towels. During the check out they didnt want to return our deposit because they didnt find these towels))) which we gave back of course same evening. We were late to outrtransfer because on their Towels journal they coudnt find these old towels, plus we received negative emotions feels like we are towel robbers))

Big hotel in the center of Station 3, near the beach, with 3 lovely pools. Rich and different breakfast, it was best breakfast in Boracay, delicious and big amount of products.

Restaurant does not offer much of english breakfast or meal. Even their buffet has very little vegan food. Did not like the variety of breakfast and buffet.

The hotel is not pet-friendly, despite advertising itself as such.The rate for the pet is 2000php x night! They ask for each room a cautional deposit of 2000php x 5 nights, 4000 php x 10 nights :) The staff at the reception is only formal but not collaborative: they are not interested to keep the customers.

Great location and the summer house room is beautiful located in a green area close to the pool. The location is few minutes walking from the white beach. If offers many restaurants and more pools. The staff is polite.

Noisy neighbor and Mosquitoes are always waiting outside the door 😂, they are ready to come in once you open the door.

We enjoyed our stay, good location with many shops and restaurants around , great for family who have kids, they will surely love the swimming pool like my little boy.

The rooms is good but a little counts of mosquito inside, unsafe for my infant child. The fallen leaves on the garden slightly disgusting.

The place is very instagrammable, comfortable and mostly fresh air from the plants and trees sorrounds the Hotel.. Very recommended.

Our ac died on us on our second night. Like it suddenly stopped working and it became like a shower. It wasn't air that it was throwing but water. It was weirf that our bed got so wet. We could not sleep because it was so hot. We were offered to transfer to another room but it was too much of a hassle since it was already past 1 am and we were already in the midst of our sleep, so we just chose to stay in the room without ac.

I like that it is really affordable. Especially when you are traveling as a group. The place is huge and there are lots of rooms to choose from. Although I am doubting if our stay was worth what we paid for. Yes it was cheap in price, but it was also really cheap in service and quality of stay.
