We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Italy👃🚰 A mysterious scent wafting from the pipes added an unexpected twist to our stay. 🪣 Curtains in the room, alas, proved insufficient against the relentless morning light ☀️. In an unfortunate turn of events, a frame met its demise as it tumbled from the wall. To our astonishment, a charge of 1000 pesos was levied for this mishap. Yet, the frame's value paled in comparison, and its repair could have been accomplished with ease. 💸🖼️
🌟 A realm of perfection! The position – a symphony of serendipity with pathways to charming restaurants and the gentle beach 🌊. A resort blossoms in this enchanted convergence 🌴✨. The environment sings with life, lush plants 🌿 guard two relaxation pools 🏊♂️🏊♀️. The bar, a treasure trove of delights 🍹🍸. But ah, the pièce de résistance! A kind, cute soul at the reception, guiding us with his warm heart and charming demeanor 🤝🥰. His presence, a guiding star, illuminated our journey 🌠💖.

United KingdomThe surrounding, with all the lush flowers and bushes came mosquitoes, and lots of ants! we couldn’t sit on our balcony because of all the shrubs, there were ants all over, we sat at the pool but got bitten due to no hard surface and just grass, again full of ants… spoilt our visit even though we spent most of our time on the beach on an evening we like to sit on the balcony and just couldn’t at this property!

Philippinespavement is uneven with stones, so can not wheel ur suitcases down. u have to carry ur suitcases all the way from the entrance to ur room. pool tiles on the sides have no been cleaned with little molds on it. no ironing board and flat iron even to borrow. no exhaust fan in the bathroom. bathroom can flood as nothing stop the flow of water from the shiwer to outside of the. glass doors.
prime location, at the centre. 1 entrance on the beach side and the other to the main street. accessible to all other establishments like massage, diving, tattoos, laundry, has own bar and restaurant.

United StatesThe room: Beds were short. The toilet seat was falling off. There were dead decorative plants in the bath for a full week. I had to ask for toilet paper twice. The restaurant staff were pleasant, but they didn't have the most basic training on how to acknowledge and greet guests PROMPTLY and make them feel welcome. One of the pools was HOT. Why? Linen and towels were musty. No shelf space in bath. I liked the American breakfast, but the coffee was cheap and the orange juice was fake. There is no TV. The WiFi and internet are frequently down. Many of these things are easily and cheaply fixed.
When I complained about the French toast they improved it and gave me a free batch. The location is excellent right on the beach.
