The bidet was not working properly. Towels were also not replenished during our 3 day stay

All thevstaff were amazing and accommodating. There were less restrictions and it wasnlike our second home. Ambiance is really relaxing. It doesnt get too noisy at night since they dont have a live band! Hope it stays that way!

The weather, but no one can do anything about this.

Everyone and everything was so so nice, so magical, so beautiful! We had a really good time even if the weather was bad. The garden and the pool are so nice, the beachfront is so clean and you can enjoy at the restaurant with a view at the sea. Also the restaurant and bar is so good, a lot of cocktails, good cocktails and nice waitresses. The food was very good also. Even our flight was cancelled so we had to stay 1 more night, they helped us out with information and giving us the same room that we had so we didn't had to change rooms for 1 night. Very helpfull!

Mosquitoes that come with its natural setting. Don’t forget to use bug spray!

The beautiful and very natural beachfront garden setting, good size room, very friendly and efficient staff especially the front desk team and easy walk to the shops and restaurants on Alona Beach and town center. For the same price, the quality of food and drinks in the in-house restaurant is better compared to surrounding places. This is a well-run resort where you can tell that the owner/manager is very hands-on and the employees take pride in this beautiful property.

Unfortunately I was able to hear the music from a nearby bar (club?) in my room. Luckily I was so tired I managed to fall asleep with my earplugs however it got very loud around 1/2am to the point it woke me up. It was fine for 1 night but I don’t think I would love it if I stayed longer.

Location, bar/restaurant, pool, spacious room, staff - all were top notch. I booked a private island hopping tour through the reception which was great value for money and I was able to use the shower facilities after even though I already checked out.

The resort was lovely, bar and restaurantstaff were very friendly.

Good stay at Oasis Resort, the room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and the breakfast was good! Location was good right on the beach and only a short walk from your rooms. The only problem was that the swimming pool dyed our skin and costumes a yellow colour due to the chlorine/too many chemicals. There was no notice to say that it could do this to clothing and the initial staff we spoke to thought that the maintenance man may have put the wrong amount in the pool. The staff kindly got my costume washed and it came off thankfully. They also gave us a drinks voucher as I was quite upset due to it being a new bikini. The following morning whilst checking out we went to show 2 other staff members that hadn’t dealt with the issue the previous evening our shower towels that had the yellow stains on due to the dye being on our skin and they were quite rude and assumed that we’d taken them to use by the pool, we tried to explain that we used the correct brown towels by the pool and that these white ones were stained due to having a shower and the dye still being on our skin. They weren’t listening and had to check with their manager if we needed to be charged a fee for them being stained! Luckily we didn’t because we wouldn’t have paid with this being their fault. It was unfortunate that we tried to explain and they didn’t seem to want to listen and presumed we’d used them by the pool and stained them.

everything was more than great!

It's beautiful, comfortable and amazing Resort! Everything is perfect and carefully studied. The room had views to the pool and the main courtyard. It had size room with a bamboo terrace. Green garden and reading corner in a quite place. The breakfast was buffet and delicious food and variety, and the restaurant to have dinner is cute place and the cuisine was really delicious. Resort is near main activities (diving, dining, Alona Beach (a little bit crowded), drinks&music, etc). And the last but not least, the staff is pleasant and decisive.

WE HAD OUR DINNER AT THE OASIS RESTAURANT AND THE SERVICE WAS POOR. WE HAD TO REMIND THE STAFF MORE THAN TWICE ABOUT OUR MISSING ORDERS AND WE HAD TO WAIT LONGER FOR ADDITIONAL ORDERS. WHEN WE ASKED FOR THE BILL, WE HAD TO ASK THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL WE HAD FINALLY DECIDED TO COME BACK FOR THE PAYMENT AS WE COULDN'T WAIT ANYMORE. THE ABOVE STATEMENT IS AN HONEST EXPERIENCE, AND I BELIEVE THAT IT COULD BE IMPROVED. THE HOTEL LOCATION WAS PERFECT AND WOULD PROBABLY RECCOMEND THE PLACE.

Breakfast food could be improved. Also, making guests aware of some of the amenities and logistics that can be arranged at the beginning would be helpful.

There were a few minor issues that we ignored as everything else was so great. Toilet seat only attached on one side and shower pressure was weak. Larger glasses would have been nice.

I liked it all or I should say we loved it all. Position position position.....Beach, bars and restaurants at the front, shops commercial activities at the rear entrance. The grounds were so peaceful and quiet with a lovely pool. Breakfast was nice and what a view. Food at the restaurant was so tasty mmmmm. Staff were always welcoming and happy. Room was cleaned and serviced daily.

The location and resort are fantastic. Alona beach is a great place to be, there are lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy although Oasis resort itself is quiet. We also did a 3 hour taster scuba course and dive and saw turtles about 400 metres from the hotel!
