Some of the activities for kids in kids club weren’t held, such as swimming lessons and some games. Ibiza club is still under renovation.

Very good breakfast, big pool, clean beach, super welcoming and professional staff. Delicious chocolate hour every day. Affordable price for 5* hotel even though it’s a bit old.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great and the gym was really well decked out with new equipment. Location was nice and quiet with a private beach. Wasn’t far from the airport either. Standard double rooms were quite small. The Ibeza restaurant was damaged in a storm and no longer exists.

I thought the buffet breakfast was average. Too many Korean and other international offerings with very little Filipino breakfast favourites. I don’t think there’s a need to cater to the common demographic visiting the property, instead showcase Filipino cuisine.

Two bedroom family suite is very nice, spacious with modern fittings. Comfortable beds and huge fluffy pillows. Pool and lounge area is pleasant, plenty of space to wind down and relax. Had a one hour massage with my husband at the spa which was quite good. There is free chocolate down at the lobby in the afternoon which my daughter loved. Staff are incredible, they are so kind and hospitable. They made the experience really good from check in to check out.

The fact that no one told us that the Ibiza beach club was non existent when booking online. This should have brought the cost down as there was a lot of construction happening around and would have been nice to be informed of this prior to arrival.

I would probably add smoothie bowls as a healthy other option for breakfast. I would advise people that there is construction going on when booking too. Breakfast should have been offered complimentary due to this. Overall was happy and loved the islands and town!

The price of the food is just ridiculous and since there is nothing around the hotel apart from slums you just pay 15 usd for a pizza..

The beach. I dont know why but the water was not very clear. But if you walk in either direction for a few meters outside their beach front, the water is very clear. Also some parts of the sand were a bit mushy.

Beach area under development on our visit. Not huge but clear and well maintained.

IBIZA WAS CLOSED! And if possible, try to get a bit of music at d pool area.. create a bit of happy and inviting mood down there.. at d very lease, it'll cover up the construction noise next door.. lastly, having a bidet would be awesome!

The staff are awesome! Made us feel really wanted and welcomed.. special mention to THORREN at the front office, all the way to DAVE and JAN at d F&B section.. you guys made d difference! This is what clients are hoping for, one of d reasons they'll consider coming back! Kudos movenpick for having such dedicated and talented work force!

Excellent Lobby experience and location, tip for good coffee go to the main lobby area. It’s an actual coffee machine.

Very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed room. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet and great happy hour specials. Received a fantastic massage at the spa and enjoyed relaxing at the pool and beach. The absolute best thing about the Mövenpick is the staff. Front desk, room service, and housekeeping employees are courteous, friendly, and efficient. And the servers and hosts at the Sails restaurant are the best! Always received a warm greeting, a radiant smile, and the best service! The staff at Sails, specifically Lester, Marialyn, Rochelle, and Ella, are my new best friends! Thank you everyone!
