Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesThe only downside was that one guest's alarm went off for over an hour without being turned off, which disrupted our rest. Otherwise, it was a convenient and pleasant short stay.
We stayed at the hostel for just a few hours, arriving at 8 PM and needing to catch a boat at 5 AM. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were hospitable. It's conveniently located near a store and the pier, which was a big plus.

The location is great for getting to the port and the place has everything you need in terms of the basics: a bed to sleep on, a tv and a bathroom.

Great location to the ferry terminal - was only here for the night between ferry terminal and airport. Large comfy rooms, good value for money. Walking distance to the cathedral, airport is about 40-60mins via Grab.
