The worst thing was that I didn't get what was ordered. There is a selection for double/twin bed when booking. And I always book only double bed. I don't even consider hotels with twin beds. I need double bed, so I selected it. I even got the email from the place confirming that this 'special request' is granted. However, when I arrived, I got twin bed room. I talked to the manager, but they said that's the only available room and they don't know anything about double bed option in Booking.com. Also - there is construction going on that starts with demolition hammer early in the morning every day, so if You wanna enjoy nightlife - there is no way You can get any sleeping time. Also - no bidet in the toilet.

Good location, because it's still in the walking distance to everything, but further away from the noise at night. Rooms are decent and clean. Quite new, so better value than some other places for similar price. Shower room is decent. Good design. Overall - positive experience, but could be improved.

Upon arrival the staff didn’t appear to be organized or professional. We paid high prices ($300+ 6 nights) in exchange for a very poorly maintained stay! Replies from the facility when questioned about noise levels were dishonest. You can clearly hear the traffic echoing from the nearby road and conversations from the lobby. If that wasn’t aggravating, this property was also under day renovation and construction. What else could go possibly wrong with our special birthday holiday?? We didn’t even have hot water! It took the staff over 6 hours to start the process of investigating the problem. So we sat looking at each other in disbelief. Why? Because there wasn’t even a television mounted on the wall. Just an ugly bland white wall with a whale offering zero comfort for our loss. We had no choice but to immediately vacate the next following day because it took so long to fix the absent hot water problem. We asked FUN Hotel to refund the days NOT used because we didn’t receive what we paid for. Their final answer was NO! These people are a scam! They should be banned from Booking.com! You’ve been warned! Our special birthday celebration and vacation was ruined by these inconsiderate and fraudulent management staff! We have picture and audio proof of our claims!

It was the most Expensive place I stayed in and was hoping to treat myself with a lay in and catch up with sleep , the place has so much construction going on it’s sounds like a building site during the day . Should be mentioned!!

We had just one night there, gladly. The only nice thing was that bed was comfortable. Other than that was bad. The smell in the room was awful, even wors in bathroom, I literally had to use my perfume to make the smell tolerable to be in the room. Everything was dirty, I just wanted to leave as soon as we could. Did not even try the breakfast, but read some reviews that it is awful, so no regrets not even trying. The guys at the reception also took ages to register us.

New hotel, but rooms are run down already. Construction noise and anemic water flow (very little water from the shower) Would not recommend.

I didn't sleep well for two nights. There was a strange wifi sign flashing in the room, which was so weird that we both had to cover our heads with quilts to sleep. The soundproofing of the room is poor, it is easy to be woken up, and there are strange sounds outside in the middle of the night.

There is a building site next door which is outrageously loud and starts at 6am. Impossible to sleep through. The room smelt funny and there was still unfinished work inside the rooms themselves. Breakfast isn't great either but the building site next door has to mentioned to people before they stay.

We spent 5 nights, location on the main one was great. Very good attention, we had some problems that they helped to solve with great diligence. Very comfortable room. It is a new hotel that is making new rooms.

Construction is still going on. Had to switch rooms due to uncleanliness when checked in. Staff were quite unfriendly generally - usually helped with bags at hotels in Philippines, everyone has a warm demeanour, offered helped with booking transfers etc but none of this was offered at fun hotel even when asked. Understand construction is underway to make this a better hotel but I think it’s overpriced for where it is at currently.

At times there was construction work going on at odd hours, they don’t typically last for hours but it could happen at 8am or at 8pm.

Great central location. Bright, spacious room with very new furniture and amenities. They even provided hair dryer and a very clean kettle in the room which is quite rare in the Philippines. WiFi works amazingly well (also very rare in the PH). Door is electronic. There were staff at the reception 24 hours of the day. Overall the hotel felt very safe and the neighborhood too.

Property is still on construction, a lot of things are going on…so many construction workers. Got the chance to speak with the Chinese Owners (3 of them) about the breakfast. It says in their menu you have choices , but they served the same breakfast everyday. Requested but they declined , they said no other choices we eat whatever they have available. Very poor no hotel customer service. We even saw some worms in their bathroom, meaning the rooms are very dirty and was not cleaned well. We requested a bath mat and I was given a hand towel… they say we can use it as well. Air con not too cold , that’s why we had to ask for an electric fan. Staffs lack of training.

Location is perfect. Rooms are clean and new, bed is comfy, bathroom is nice. Though the hotel is located on the main street (which is good so everything you need is near) there's no noise from the road. Wi-fi and air conditioning worked properly. The stuff is very nice and helpful.

The hotel wasn’t completely finished so room was lacking some amenities. Also staff wasn’t from Bohol or Philippines in general and didn’t really have any help or advise to offer when asked for basic questions. Breakfast not good

I forgot to give a deposit of 1000 pesos when checking out, so I didn't receive it. Can I get it back next time I go? Of course, you need to bring a deposit when checking out, but I wonder why they didn't tell you.
