Service was top notch! Rooms and facilities were clean, super friendly staff, pool and breakfast was the best! Love that the water in the pool was warm.

The suites are inconvenient because of the staircases and elevators you had to take. The view was just ok. For its price, I would expect a better view and would wish we didn’t have to walk through the labyrinth to get to the beach. It’s really not that bad, but for a vacation, it’s a bit of an effort to get down to the beach side.

Amazing staff and the service is superb. Love the breakfast buffet and the place is clean.

Room was far. Also have been requesting thru email re bigger room (2 bedroom suite), no one suggested connecting rooms, etc. A bigger room became available but it was given to someone else. I hope that in the data base the resort can also show guest relation officers those who have been requesting and not just “upgrade” others. And for reservations/ guest relations to think out of the box so they can offer options to guests.

We always come back to Discovery for their exceptional service.

Rooms so so big suites ...snacks free at 11am amd 3pm! Go the beach frontAt theses times! They giv away snacks for free! Nice rooms and showers walk in ! Cleanrooms and raho for breakfast was the best! Good brekafast choices!tye best beach front in station1 ! Junior suitesa re the best for famililies!!!!! Ill be back!

Our 2 bedroom executive suite is a bit far from the beach shore we have to go down the elevator/stairs. But I think it’s a good exercise after eating their delicious buffet breakfast. :)

The staff are friendly and the hotel has good location. Station 1 is the best area to stay and can’t get any better than Discovery. Love this hotel. 💜

I am trying to think of something but nothing really comes to mind ... everything was perfect during our stay.

Although the amenities and facilities of the hotel were excellent, what really stood out was the quality of service they offered for the guests. They offer a complimentary foot wash (with light scrub) upon arrival but could also be requested at another time if you wish. My partner and I were celebrating our 5th year anniversary and there was an anniversary cake waiting for us at the room when we arrived. The room was huge with a private jacuzzi at the second floor terrace. There was also some free sweet/dessert treats every evening delivered to our room. It was my partner's first visit to the Philippines and Boracay and he was very impressed. Thanks to the team!

We were in a villa with a pool. It was great except for the noise that the pool cleaning would make 24/7. Also we happen to have an old building from another hotel right in front of our terrace which was unpleasant

super friendly staff, very welcoming , very clean beach and great bar and staff we didn’t get a good room when we arrived and since wifi was not working we went to concierge and they said hotel is fully booked, after couple hours they changed our room as they had a cancellation. Staff will do anything to make your stay memorable, wish we had stayed there at end of our trip as it was the best in Philippines.

There was one cold shower I had to take. The stairs are quite slippery. It's easier to get around town with other transportation as the shuttle service can get a bit slow sometimes. Overall it's a great place to stay!

The thoughtfulness of the staff and the finishing touches to the room are exceptional. The room is well-equipped and the cleaning was thorough. Was able to find vegetables at the breakfast! Seats are provided to sit on the beach, which is beautiful.

Would have been nice to have some sun beds on the beach. Breakfast was also a bit hit and miss.
