The rooms were big and old. No issue with it being old if only it was well maintained. The airconditioner in our room was functioning but veins were damaged. Lighting in the room was poorly. The heater in the bathroom was not working. Bathroom would also reek of pungent odor ecen if properly flushed. The smell of the hotel, even at the front lobby, was a bit off compared to other hotels I've stayed in. Hence, the price of our stay was not calue for money. 'Coz other than the convenience of location, amenities were subpar.

The location was near to Ayala Mall. The staff were exceptional.

I chose the room because it had a bathtub but I couldn’t even use it. The tub faucet wasn’t working. There are a lot of things in the room that weren’t properly installed in their attempt to update the room. It somehow felt dingy. I was quite unhappy about the room but I only had to stay a few hours anyway so…

The AC wasn’t cooling enough even at 16*c. The bathroom needed some TLC (towel rails and assistance handles in the shower were loose).

I didn't like that the facilities in the room are very old. the showe head needs a proper deep clean or should just be exchanged. The Bathtub is nice but not possible to be used because no Plug. The Elevator takes sometimes for ever to arrive, even tho there are two, one is constantly out of order. The Rooms look way more nicer on the photos than in real. The Breakfast Buffet is trying to copy the Quest Hotel. There is Bread available but the Baking oven for the bread is weird. proper toaster or sandwich maker would be better and faster. i don't wanna talk only bad about it. if you wanna stay somewhere easy, it's a nice hotel, it just has nothing to do with a suit as it it called. the name diamond is a little too much.

i liked the friendly staff and the friendly angkol in the parking lot. The rooms are clean, and the bed was nice for us as a family because we could move them together to make one big bed. i liked the easy check in , the big Bed and the size of the Bathroom .

well, the bath tub in our room is useless because there is no available lid for the sink hole. and we were told that all other room with bath tubs doesn't have one so we can't transfer.

I like their room although the A/C was not that cool maybe adjusted with the weather. The location was good it's very close to Ayala Center. I do not like the breakfast served the "dilis" the option is to eat egg and sausage There is no bidet in the toilet.

The pool seemed to be "unmaintained" and the rooms are spacious but a bit outdated regarding interiors. There was an event during our stay and half, if not most, of the space for the breakfast buffet was closed off for the event's guests.

Prime location. Close to the business park, mall and very accessible to public transpo.
