The staff are all lovely and very friendly but the service was a little slow. They are not overly attentive in offering drinks whilst out at the pool area despite there being many staff working, on night we arrived at the pool bar area to find the bar and the pool closed 25mins early They also had an event on the last night, and yes it was a Saturday night but the music was so incredibly loud until after 11pm, with 3 children under 5 this was not ideal The pools are also wayyy too hot! It’s like jumping into a warm bath- not ideal in Philippines weather. Beautiful in the night but not during the day unfortunately Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend

The property is beautiful! 4 pools including a kids pool and a kids play area, staff are all super friendly, restaurant options are great. The spa was beautiful! The rooms are lovely and spacious, we slept 2 adults 2 kids and a baby in a cot very comfortably The staff in crimzone in particular are beautiful and were so attentive with our kids

At high level one could improve. Space for storage clothing. Dry bath suits. Near the resort there is nothing, so only way is driving to cebu. In the resort all prices have european levels

Very luxurious resort. Bungalow style. All comforts you can imagine are available. Nice very warm pools, on beach, sea nice also for kids. Perfect breakfast at decent atmosphere. Very nice and best equipped rooms. Big shower, stylish bathtubs and all equipment you could need is there already

I was upgraded to a better room The breakfast exceeded my expectation's The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The activities list delivered in the morning. super classy. Room safe, ironing board, refrigerator stocked, espresso coffee maker and tea maker All Staff exceptional. On site money exchange from dollar to Paso at a good rate....pleasant surprise. Just the way to the location

Everything, satisfied with my stay. Staff were exceptional. Excellent food. Rooms are quiet and very nice for relaxing on a hot weather. Overall stay is excellent.

Not so much complaints aside from maybe the bathtub was kind of dirty of grimes and dried sweat. Could really used some deep cleaning.

Access road to the hotel (all in this area) through kind of slums with nightlife surprised me but is actually not to be counted to the hotel itself.

Very nice resort, lots of friendly staff, good gym, great Japanese restaurant. Prices high for PH, but ok for the facility.

The beach was small and not soft sand. The spa jacuzzi was not working and steam room was off and sauna was so hot I could not stay in there for more then 30 secs.

The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The Crimzone was a definite hit with our kids and all the staff we encountered during our stay were lovely and very helpful.

There are no trash cans, especially for plastic bottles, of which there are too many.

Quiet location and very private. We came here because the IRONMAN race. The employees do everything to satisfy their guests. Good job from all the stuff :)

We didn't really like Mactan island, but if your looking for a hotel to totally relax in around the hectic city this is the best place you can be.

The breakfast was absolutely incredible. We really loved the hotel, everyone and everything was fantastic.

We loved our stay at Crimson! The staff is extremely friendly and polite, breakfast is superb, rooms are spacious and everyone is smiling. We have tried the SPA and had an amazing experience. The food is amazing, there are several restaurants you can try on side.
