Room was nice, and clean, bed's are very comfy, quick service/assistance. But, I do suggest that if you make reservations on a Suite room, to reserve Deluxe Suite (Aircon in room, and living room) my mistake was that I only reserve Suite :( breakfast was delicious, and the location is also great, 10 minutes to Mall of Asia, Ayala Mall. walking distance to several stores, money changer,

1 soft drink is missing even I didn’t drink it , next time, first thing to do; I will count the soft drinks inside the fridge and check with the receipt listed if it’s complete, that’s what I missed I didn’t check it from the very beginning.

The water pressure in the showerand toilet. The tv is blurry. The facilities are needing some upgrade and TLC.

We always book here when we come to Philippines before heading to our hometown. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.

There is no microwave in the room. The small kitchen is stocked with basic supplies and inexpensive utensils. And let's not forget WiFi, which was not working half of the time. The bed was not really comfortable, and the AC was setup to blow directly into you.

The room was spacious. Balcony provided view of the busy street below. The room had good noise suppression, so it was mostly quiet. I also liked the restauarant on the 2nd floor. they had fair prices and excellent food.

They provide me the 8th floor as earlier, the water pressure is very low from 7th floor and above this hotel. It was existing since one year, But the Hotel manager is not ready to solve the issue. The reception has swapped my credit card and charge me wrong amount without my permission. After the complaint she cancelled the transaction and pre-authorized the exact amount.

The Location is excellent , It is very easy to get transportation to different place, away from the crowd, and close to supermarket and restaurants

Food prices are very expensive. One staff at resto poured my Coke in cans to glasses which I disliked. Service charge also UNNECESSARY.

Great pool. Good location. Room is clean and with balcony. Accessible to 711 and drugstores. Strategic. Staff at reception were nice. Poolside staff giving pool towels great.

Quite old. Bit of wooden smell the moment you enter the building.

Near to the airport (Terminal 1), easy to get ride (Grab) within seconds of booking. Spacious room with living hall, kitchen, microwave etc. Breakfast was really simple.

On a busy street but quiet, the rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. I have stayed here several times and am always happy.10 - 15 minutes from airport and not far from Mall of Asia.

Just a little dusty but can easily be fixed. I’m just to meticulous about cleaning but I can adjust to it..

I booked a two bedroom suite with includes 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Pool access was already included with our stay. Mall of Asia was 8 mins away with traffic. Security was amazing also the staff at the hotel super helpful when we need a converter to plug in our devices. Also they had black out drapes.
