Shower water is a little salty and no bidet installed with the toilet.

Suggestion: 1) Check shower water. It tastes a little salty. 2) Install bidet. No bidet installed in the room assigned to us.

The check in time of 3pm and check out 11am. Unlike the other hotels nearby Mactan check in 2pm and check out is 12noon. But still we have fun and worth of what we pay.

Breakfast is fine. Pool is good for family as we both have fun. Overall is worth it.

The parking is so far! The Seaview building seem to be unfinished, but rooms are okay. However, the vault is not working and I almost burned myself in the shower. The staff is not very courteous. Beach towels can be claimed in one area only when they have 3 buildings in the resort. The pavements around the pools seem unsanitary because it's concrete. You cannot just walk around barefoot. Buffet selection is good but needs to improve.

We really loved the pools and finally a beach we can swim. We are definitely coming back hopefully they improve by then.

- The hot shower in our bathrroom was not working. You might want to check Seaview Rm 315 - The bidet in our toilet was also not working. - No available vicinity maps provided whether hard copy / accessible via mobile. - It was not made clear to us during check-in w/c facilities were free to use and which ones had fees. So, we had to go back to the front desk twice to pay for the inflatable pool. - The water in the inflatable pool area needs cleaning. Plenty of floating algae. For Php 600 fee, you would expect it to be well maintained. - Same with the water in the aqua park area. It was a bit murky. - Breakfast buffet was expensive. At Php 900, the food selection was just so,so.

The rooms were big. Plenty of pools and activities to choose from. WIFI internet was superb. Ala cart order for lunch /dinner at the Earth resto was value for money. Serving was generous.

1. Hotel big like this but not enough dining area. We have to line up to get a table for breakfast. This is not pleasant, especially when you are with young kids 2. Location is not good . There is nothing else around . You have to stay in the hotel for your 3 meals. Hotel price is not cheap, of course. But because of the amazing facilities here , location issue doesn’t really bother me much , it is nice for a short stay 3. Kids play room. We booked 3nights hotel, we still only can go in once for 30mins. I asked the staff and they said whatever how long you stay, still only one time access and 30 mins free only. Or you have to pay 300php / hour. Personally,I don’t think this is fair.

Water park and lots of swimming pools are the best memories for my son. If you got a child/children this is the best ideal place. Also close to the beach.

The tap water and shower water is too salty, you have to go to the reception area to refill drinking water all the time. The room was not cozy, only had one chair. We had to bring the balcony table and chair inside the room so we have a place to put our stuff. Noisy neighbours at night. Expensive buffet priced for foreigners. Staff seem to look exhausted all the time, smiles felt insincere.

The property was the host for an event I attended, nice swimming pools.

We took our breakfast at 8:00 AM where most of the guest are rushing and took some time to get access at mesh hall, but the waiting was worth it breakfast is fantastic.

Despite booking for two adults and one child die to the children go free policy they then made us pay for breakfast for the little girl everyday. If children go free then the breakfast they eat should be free.

The resort had everything you needed and the staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Checkout was nightmare. Made me wait for half an hour when we were in a rush to make it to our boat, while housekeeping could not find a remote on a floor. I had to go back to the room to show it to them... Some of the food is stale/old like sweets like doughnuts. So be careful, seems like some breakfast food might be leftovers from previous days. Breakfast also crazy busy but thats understandable for the size of the property.

Breakfast was a bad experience. At P900 per person, it was terrible value. The buffet was very crowded and the options were very limited. You couldn’t walk freely to the buffet without almost bumping into another person. Side note: Us Filipinos need to learn how to queue and wait our turn. A little patience would benefit us all.

The place was beautiful, our room was spacious, and there were lots of activities to do. We had to extend our stay because one day is not enough to experience the resort fully. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. The beds were also super comfortable. I think it was the best sleep I had in years!

Maybe because it was fully booked, the checking in took a while. We had to wait for about 20min for the room to be ready. Towels and water were not ready in the room.when we get there. But the staff are really apologetic about it and we're very helpful and accommodating.

I like the general ambience of the resort. As always the sky deck is awesome and the food and cocktails are amazing.

The beach is a bit far from the hotel room - need to walk a total of 400m from the room door to water Breakfast time is a bit busy - seems like there is not enough staff to quickly clean up tables so that all people could eat inside - need to wait but hopefully, not more than 10min The pool is shallow

The location is quite close to the airport, breakfast has good variety of choice. The staff was kind and polite. It was nice that the hotel offered different welcoming treats such as drinks, waterpark play and more. The beach was clean and empty so it gave a very peaceful feeling Good kitchen staff - the food was really delicious!
