Next door neighbor's room was very noisy.... but is not the fault of the resort Next-door Construction was noisy for the first two days, but the staff sorted it out and moved me out to the other side

Unfortunately the pool was closed . Children wasn't to keen on the beach as its not as clean. We found diaper on the beach . It was early in the morning though.

The pool is okay but needs a warmer. The beach is okay to but a little stony, but so far it was all bearable, nothing to worry about.

The staffs are courteous and accommodating. They help a lot. The food is great as well.

Salt restaurant way over priced on drinks and food. Food and drinks more affordable at the Deck lounge that opens at 5. My wife and I didn't like the young poppy music they played at the Deck lounge and we are a younger couple. It didn't match the atmosphere. They consider 12 and under children. Any child older than that is considered an adult and will pay adult price at breakfast to the tune of 1000 pesos. If you bring any food from the outside they charge you 250 pesos. Some very good affordable restaurants are just 1 kilometer away and restaurants and bars are more affordable at hotels right next door. We didn't like that the pool is supposed to be open until 10 but if there isn't a constant flow of people using it they'll close it as early as 8. We didn't like that our room smelled like moth balls.

Very nice facility for the money. Nice modern rooms. The beach and pool are very nice.

The room had a mild damp smell. The pool had some loose grit in the bottom - unsure if the pool surface is wearing or if it's been walked in from the beach. As others have said the beach is artificial / not th most comfortable to walk on.

The staff were excellent to us. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond including front desk (Remembered / addressed us all by name), lifeguards (were great with our toddler), maids and restaurant/bar staff. They figured out it was our toddlers birthday and sang to her / brought her cheese cake with a candle. All of the food was great and they more than happy to modify dishes for my wife's allergies / to reduce spice for our toddler. There was variety and quality at breakfast / on our last day due to lower occupancy the hot parts of the buffet were replaced with table service which was even better. The room was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and air conditioning had no problem despite the current heat. Our toddler also loved the transparent canoe and the pool had a separate 2' area for small kids. For the money we paid it's difficult to fault.

The restaurant itself was expensive compared to other places and it did take some time for food to come out but staff were very attentive and communicative. The bathrooms were slightly rundown but still functional and cleanish. The floors did get very wet and slippery as the shower screen did not cover fully. The resort was a short 10 min drive out from the Cebu city centre. We hired a scooter to navigate this but otherwise grab was very accessible

The resort was very large with beautiful sea views! Buffet breakfast was amazing with a large variety of foods from cooked savoury to pancakes and eggs to juice and coffee. Staff were very very attentive (at breakfast, reception, life guard, security and cleaning) we could not fault the staff whatsoever.

Could be more bread / croissant options with breakfast. Very slow service in the "Deck" bar, but that may not be the hotel's fault. No balcony in rooms makes it difficult to dry wet pool / beach clothes.

Clean and comfortable rooms with great access to small beach. We stayed here to be close to the Cebu 70.3 Ironman and it suited our needs perfectly. Friendly and helpful staff, nice pool for kids.

We were staying on the city side and the noise from the construction work of the building next door went well into the night. A smart TV in the room would have been good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and food quality was good. Beautiful views across the water from the gym, pool and restaurant. For the price, it was a lovely place to stay

The shore water was full of algae so it was difficult to want to swim in it.

The staff were hospitable and friendly. We were booked in during a Screening Saturday so there was enough activities in the resort to do.
