Breakfast buffet needs variety. I stayed for 5 days and I felt like there wasn't variation to some stations. Served the same clear broth and congee for 5 days, the potato wedges also appeared for 5 days, the "crunchy hotdog" the chorizo and chicken tocino were just switching. Also I was working at my desk almost the entire time and it was challegning to not have a chair without back rest. I requested and they said that there wasn't available in the hotel even just a monoblock. There was no slippers and carpet was about a little sticky walking barefoot.

Staff are very courteous and attentive to our needs. They have exceeded my expectations.

although it’s clean. the hotel needs to be maintained and updated. they need to provide better towels those towels were old or overused even the pillows. although I enjoyed the breakfast that comes with my package for 5 nts. it should have more selection and different everyday.

it’s a beachfront, the scenery from our room is breathtaking. It has 1 pool for adults and kids. If not for the hot humid weather, there’s a mall that is walking distance though most of the stores are still closed bec of Covid n the storm they went through. it has also a function room for events. 2 restaurants inside the resort

Good location, closed to airport and sea front. Staffs are professional and very helpful. Room is clean and confortable. Breakfast was excellent. and i love the food in restaurant. Will be back again.

Rooms are basic but clean

Inflatable water park and kayaks great for families. Nice little private beach. Staff are warm and welcoming.

The neighbour resort had some events and was testing the stage speakers at 1 am. This woke us up and we couldn't really sleep. The next day they had loud music all day with terrible singers who can't even sing abusing all the songs they could until midnight. The staff told me this is a common issue so it is something to keep in mind when visiting. I personally didn't expect to be at a 'music festival'.

The breakfast was good. I think the kitchen is quite good. Dinner was good too but a little pricey. The staff are nice and welcoming, the place overall is quite nice.

With the room facilities. The toilet sink is clogged and the water heater is not working in our room always hot even we put it on cold.

Breakfast is good. But the room i requested to be near to each other was met at first but unfortunately the aircondition is not working so one room was transfered far from the other room of my family. There is no sky cable we were not able to watch tv because there is no sky cable.

The only issue I had was that they don't extend checkout beyond 12 Lastly the service is a bit slow when you're in the cabanas (for lack.pf a better word) on the artificial beach.

The breakfast great, the lunch is awesome as well. We had the Seaview room and I stayed with my 7yo son and he wants to go back again.

The rooms bathroom toilet was broken and leaking and the ceiling light was broken.

Firstly the breakfast buffet was very nice with different varieties of food you can choose at your will and the outside had a great view. Secondly the room was very nice.It was nice and clean, good space, and great ocean view. Lastly the facilities were nice the pool and the beach also very enjoyable overall good experience.

smell of mould on our 4 th floor and room restaurant was short staffed and did not have everything on the menu. staff who was there were perfect.

We booked 15xrooms there for our upcoming wedding and be resort put some of the guest on the aisle of the building facing a Major construction work with heavy noise throughout the night. Nobody could sleep..... it is a disgrace be resort is offering those rooms ... Also staff is very noisy in the morning ... yelling in the comon area from 7am and waking up all guests....

Beach was okay, have to wear shoes when going swimming. there was also 2 weddings and construction next door while we stayed there, so it was a bit noisy

the room smelled with a fungus that was on the wall. the smell was really very strong. the pillows are with fungus as well. breakfast was not tasty.

The hotel was really nice, the staff was professional and extremely kind. They helped us out with anything we needed. The breakfast was amazing, a huge variety of local and continental meals. The pool and the garden was very clean and green, just like our room. We highly recommend it!
