Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesWe got the 61st unit, The windows were not secure, the window locks were broken and its bars were cut through, this gave us discomfort and we had to tie the window bars ourselves. also, there's NO CONCIERGE, (the caretaker told me there was) it was a hassle and a frustrating experience where to put a piece of luggage after checking out. Toiletries are NOT also included (there were but they were USED). And there was a POWER OUTAGE during the second day of our stay so we couldn't even heat water. Overall it was satisfactory but not what i expected for its price.

Location was great right across Burnham park. They provide enough towels and beddings. Unit was clean. Contact person respond immediately on my concern.

PhilippinesParking was kind of difficult. But since we were able to talk to the guard prior to our check in, he was able to find a good parking spot for us. Secondly, we found 2 cockroaches. 1 inside the restroom, 1 near the trash bin. You should spray baygon before and after each tenant. Bathroom tiles need more cleaning. Probably soak it with chlorox or muriatic acid to remove black stains on grout. There is this peculiar smell each time we get inside the unit. Probably an aromathizer will help remove the smell before a tenant checks in.
The location is very good. Accessible to central part of Baguio. Located right accross burnham park . Overall, we were able to sleep comfortably. Although there were a few things that need to be improved.

Philippines- The room itself has stink smell especially upon entry. We're not sure if it's because of the garbage left by the previous guest - the room looks old and dim and unorganized - cockroach crawling at the wall - no parking space
- Location is nearby Burnham Park. - Around the vicinity has restaurants, convenient store. - Security guards, assigned morning and evening duties were all accomodating. - the landlady named Juliet is also accomodating - there are utensils available - 2 bunkbeds and 1 extra mattress - sofa and dining table
