Is not actually negative as its not the hotels fault-is just heads up that it is located kinda far from the actual center part of Cebu which is passed the bridge but if you dont mind the taxi rides then is great

Very convenient as it is very close to the main airport, we also had our room rate with a shuttle service included , they also prepared our breakfast for take away as we had a really early flight, room was big and the bed is super comfy, everything is clean and staff is really sweet and friendly. Definitely worth it if you are planning to stay this side of the city close to the airport etc

Wi-Fi connection in room is not good, shower is not good easy to use. Air-conditioning is not cold. Switch of the light is not in a right place to find.

1) The driver should not have just stayed in the van and waited for arriving hotel guests to find the van and make their way to where it was parked. It would be better - good customer service and more welcoming - for the driver to have waited at the exit holding up a sign with the hotel's name on it then lead guests to where the van is parked (required parking). It was just as well that I had a phone that works in the Philippines so was able to communicate with the driver through the number provided in advance by the hotel. 2) There was no partition between the shower area and the toilet so when one showers, the entire bathroom floor ends up wet. 3) No hot water. 4) The bathroom tiles in the room I was in needed a good scrubbing.

1) Location. Not too far from the airport and near a mall, supermarkets and established chain eateries, i.e., Jollibee and Shakey's. 2) Airport transfers by the hour. 3) Friendly, efficient staff. 4) The hotel showed its age and some areas are in need of repair but facilities were clean. 5) House slippers were provided.

There was only one pillow per person this made watching TV, reading a book, and browsing your mobile uncomfortable as hell.

Awesome shuttle service, the highlight of the stay. The restaurant food was well-presented and budget-friendly. The staff were very accommodating and professional.

Rooms needed freshen up and need to be updated but okay for few nights and very convenient place to do your shopping, Malls is walking distance, And close to the airport only few minutes away.

Very slow wifi connection, dim lighting, no shower partition therefore whole gets wet during a shower. Bed was hard and floors were dirty.

Close to the airport and a mall right next to the hotel, they also provide airport shuttle service. Staff were accommodating.

was charge a cleaning fee for a really old towel that I got mango juice on. I didn't like the shower the whole bathroom floor was the drain for the shower and the water was cold. I was there with the assistance of a dating agency and had a real problem with communication when got there. I couldn't use my cell phone and was upset I couldn't communicate to any body there or back at home, and was upset and didn't book in. I felt stranded in a foreign land and was having an anxiety attack. They actually complained to the dating agency and not me and could've been more understanding. I never traveled in a plane, and was a new cell phone user and could've helped me a lot more initially. I sent 20 hours in the air and another 10 sitting in airports.

I liked most of the staff, shuttle. Some of the staff went way out of the way to help me, with my phone problem later on. Took pictures of me meeting my new girlfriend upon request and one lady took me to a cell phone place later on during the day. She saved the review.

As said beware where your room is allocated.. Too noisy about the reception area due to the traffic on the main road .

Got the double room but it was at the front of the hotel next to the main road Noisy with the traffic . Requested a room at the back but it seems to be only twin rooms . Decide to pay a small upgrade to get a room near the pool and restaurant. About 60 yards down the lane and away from the main road. Every thing was fine at room 101 are. The buffet breakfast was excellent . No more issues .
