We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We really love our stay here in Alona. The place is quiet, clean and very relaxing. The room is huge and very convenient if you have luggages. The beds is comfortable and the shower is strong and hot water 😍❤️. They provide toiletries, kettle, coffee, drinking water, white & soft towels, clean sheets, aircon works well, safety deposit box and tv with cable channel. The wifi is okay. The garden and pool is nice too. We stay one week we felt we don't want to leave😅. The staff are very nice and polite. We do also our tour here and they take care of us during our trip. Reasonable price for the room and facilities. Close to restaurants and Alona beach. Location is great. Highly recommend and surely will be back

In front of the room was a really wonderful yard that was very well maintained. The pool was fantastic. The room was spacious and really clean. The staff was very helpful in sorting things out and they were always in a good mood, as was the owner. The atmosphere was calm and there was no noise in the area. The beach and services were close enough. A good place to stay and relax.

United StatesMy 1st room had a dog barking regularly right outside so they upgraded me to a better apartment. The new apartment had ants, especially on the kitchen counter and a bedroom floor. They throughly cleaned the apt.. When the original apartment opened up I moved back to it. In both apartments Wi-Fi reception ranges from ok to spotty to doesn’t work for over an hour at a time.
The staff were wonderful - the nicest people who did what they could to make my stay enjoyable, especially given the facility issues.
