Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongThe water was cold at the shower room and the water pressure was super weak. The shower room is moldy. The waster from the bathtub was warm but the water splashed everywhere if I took shower at the bathtub. The floor was super slippery and the floor towel mat was not provided few days..so I had to use shower towel to absorb the water. I found marks on the bed sheet and pillow cases when I arrived and I asked for replacing them immediately. The breakfast was not good.
The Chinese Resturant serves delicious foods. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the festival mall, westgate, and town center. Staffs were friendly.

AustraliaThe tiles in the bathroom needed mending. It looked like the grout was chipping off, leaving a trail of white, flaky bits everywhere. The shower screen wasn't a tight fit, resulting in some water leaking out every time we would use it. It made the tiled floors very slippery which is quite dangerous especially when you have small children.
Conveniently located, staff were very friendly and attended to our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious enough for my family (2 adults and 2 children)

Since Im from the North, I super like that the hotel is near the skyway. There are nearby fastfood chains too. I like the parking area, there was a bit of smell but it is tolerable. There is also an elevator from parking to lobby. Check in was quick. Staff are polite and ready to assist. The room is spacious, even the CR had a lot of space. Toiletries are provided. Good water pressure, there's rain shower and handheld one. Didnt hear noise from the hallway or the outside traffic

United StatesI think they need to redo their bathrooms. Water was not even warm! TV stations sucks! Dinning option like Acai, breakfast buffet could have been better! In terms of flavor. Ex: Garlic fried Rice shd taste garlicky & fried! Mango juice, I expect mango to taste. But rather sugary & I couldn't taste the mango! Shd have more options to people who do not eat pork.
Staff was very warm, friendly & accommodating! The hotel was very convenient to malls & and dining. Very comfortable bed & soft, fluffy pillows. Convenient shuttle service to the malls. Close to a nice park for an early walk or run.

United KingdomA significant letdown for a supposedly 5-star hotel was the complete lack of hot water. This seems to be a recurring issue in the Philippines, where showers malfunction or lack hot water entirely. Even more concerning, another guest checking out mentioned experiencing the same problem two weeks prior! This raises serious questions about the hotel's maintenance standards for a highly-rated establishment. The hotel's distance from both the airport and Manila city adds another layer of inconvenience. Utilizing Grab, a popular taxi service, requires a SkyPass, and a one-way trip can cost nearly 700 pesos – a significant expense to factor in when considering this hotel.
The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful – it felt like they'd bend over backwards to accommodate us. Every single staff member we passed greeted us warmly. To top it off, they even saved the day when I left a shirt behind after checkout. I popped back by the hotel later, and they had it bagged and ready for me! One thing that backpackers in the Philippines will especially appreciate – the room even had an iron! Irons are a rare find in in the Philipines, so having one readily available was a lifesaver.

PhilippinesNothing major that needs to be mentioned in this review. Checking in took time, which was expected when everybody arrives at the same time. An hour before check-out time, we received another phone call reminding us of our check-out time or if we wanted to extend our stay.
We joined a fun run wherein the start and end was a few blocks away from Acacia. The staff was very polite and we received several phone calls checking in on how we were doing and if we needed anything such as extra blankets or water. The hotel entrance is across McDonalds and beside South Supermarket.

United KingdomWe booked a twin room and was given a double king, then when we went tell them at reception, they said this is a twin, we told them again it wasn’t and asked to be moved, which they did after we asked several times, we then had several issues thereafter, please see the list below, Elevator key pad wasn’t working. No hand towels in the bathroom. Only one bath robe. the iron was broken and didn’t work. The TV didn’t work and could connect to any channels. Dirty mirror in the bedroom. No AC in any of the lifts or communal areas.
The location and the staff, very good centralised location close enough to the local amenities, yet set in a quiet area that gives peace and quiet of an evening.
