We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandAlthough the motel is very close to the airport, you still need a taxi to get there, because there is no direct access to the motel even for pedestrians. The walk is 5-10 min uphill so very inconvenient with baggage and not pleasant in the middle of the night.

The kitchen looked out over the sea so every morning I would wake up and have a tea in front of the sea. One evening I even saw two whale in the bay - thanks to the message sent by moana. The bedroom was well ventilated as well so didn’t get too warm

The water was luke warm. The fridge wasn't on and we weren't told to turn it on. No English TV but that's ok.

New ZealandA bit noisy (other guests). I ended up getting a taxi to the hotel as I had two reasonable heavy bags. The hotel is located on the side of a hill and there are quite a few steps up to it. The taxi cost XPF2000 which was expensive given the distance!

Convenient location - I walked to the market, a Chinese restaurant, and to the airport. The breakfast had more assortment than I expected - croissant, toast, baguette, 2 butters and 4 jams, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Room had all the necessities including an outlet with USB ports.
