There is no heating in the rooms, so on cold nights the extra blanket is needed. The hotel is also located a short walk away from the main square and you need to climb about 30 stairs to arrive at the hotel.

Breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and the washroom had everything required. The staff were friendly and were able to communicate in English (mostly).

Located in the San Blas area, it was so much quieter than down on the Plaza. Quaint laneways/streets were everywhere. The courtyard is pretty, breakfast is good and the staff are amazing. Beds comfy, showers hot!

There was a miscommunication with having a breakfast to go for an early morning tour departure. However, that will happen when communicating in two different languages.

The hotel is cute with a nice courtyard and pleasant sunny rooms. It is a nice place in the middle of the city. There are a number of stairs to climb or a road that is uphill to get to the hotel but the location is great.

One of the showers struggled with hot water so my son ended up using showers in other rooms booked by our group.

Very central location, beautiful layout of outdoor areas with rooms off. Great breakfast with lots of choice. I stayed here last year by myself and loved it so brought my family to stay this year and we all had a great stay.

Have to walk up some stairs to reach the hotel, which is a bit tough in a city with high altitude. But actually this is not a big problem at all.

The space is spacious and beautiful, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was exceptional and starts at 5:30AM! I arrived two hours before the check-in time, and they kindly allowed me to check into a room that was already available. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me the perfect rest on my first day in Cusco!

Wi-fi was a little inconsistent, but worked well when it did.

Staff were terrific, always helpful and were able to let me check in early after a morning flight which was most appreciated. Great location, close enough to the main square but tucked away enough to enjoy the quiet nearby streets. Heating and buffet breakfast were basic, but more than good enough for a mid-winter stay.

- humidity in the room (not so comfortable) - could actually provide with real shampoo and soap in the bathroom, not just "sample packets" - to reach the hotel's street there is a steep staircase, you cannot reach the hotel directly with the car

The staff at this place are truly superb. I was really sick and they were so flexible and accommodating with our booking. Really made a shitty situation so much more bearable. Thank you for your hospitality!! Free tea in the lobby and a beautiful garden.

My son struggled to get hot water with his shower.

A lovely hostel tucked away in a surprisingly central location with a lovely courtyard and great rooms. Buffet breakfast was an excellent selection with eggs cooked to order. This is my second visit to this hostel and I would highly recommend.

Room was cold at night and the heater didn't seem to help much. The bedding was warm enough to keep you warm while you slept though. Wifi dropped in and out.

Excellent location with stunning views as you walk down towards the Cusco main square. Very strong shower with plenty of hot water. Free coca tea available throughout the day. Wood burning stove was very relaxing in the evenings. Breakfast options were very good.

We stayed here twice, and the first room was excellent. In the second room, the shower didn't work very well (hard to adjust the temperature).

The only challenge I found at this hotel was the stairs to get to the property. If someone has a lot of luggage, it could be really challenging

Dragging a 25kg suitcase up a steep flight of steps from the main street in high altitude was a struggle, but there's no other way to get to the hostel. Unless you have help, this is likely to be a struggle for some people. Would also be good if there were extra blankets in the room as it did get quite cold some nights.

Very affordable and close to Plaza de Armas. Free breakfast in the morning and within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, clothing stores and souvenir shops. Room service is available on a daily basis if needed. They will also store you luggage if you need to go somewhere else for a few days.
