Lack of certain ingredients during the breakfast. For 2 days there was no avocado, a fruit which available in Panama everywhere.

- The hotel held some money on my card and when I arrived I expected to pay the difference (as it usually goes in other places). It also was not a damage deposit. However, I was told that I had to pay the full amount. I wanted to contact Booking.com's customer service to clarify the situation. While I was waiting for their reply (a couple of days), one of the receptionists kept asking me when I was going to pay and at one point she said to me that I was not paying because I didn't have money on my account. Very poor handlng of the situation and just outright rude. - Although the hotel was nice, it was still slightly too expensive for what it was.

- The hotel was very nice. We stayed in a King's Suite with Ocean View and the view was definitely worth it! The room size also pleasantly surprised and the room generally had everything you need. Also very clean. - Enrique was a very helpful and friendly receptionist that contributed to the general pleasant impression of the hotel. - The food as well as the restaurant staff were nice.

Food was so so at best. Lots of other restaurants near by offered better options and price.

Great location. We had the 3 bedroom suite which was very large and had an amazing veranda. Pool is nice and lounge chairs on dock to watch all the action. Austin was a great bartender at the pool bar.

The king size bed in the master didn't seem as big like a kingsize bed. Creaked a bit when moving on the bed but it wasn't a huge issue just wanted to let the hotel know.

We booked the Penthouse Villa and it was bigger than we expected. Enjoyed the space so much. Our patio was huge. and we enjoyed being out there watching life.

The waitress was not the best. We had 2 fluent Spanish speakers in my group (7 of us total) the waitress frustration was not hidden when she couldn’t communicate with us clearly. She gave very annoyed and so were we after she displayed her attitude and especially because it was issues receiving our food. I paid $2 and change for one slice of turkey which was an add on to our $9 breakfast. It should’ve been 2-3 slices for that price not just one. We had a male one morning & everything was smooth. The bar was great but could use two bartenders making drinks, I seen there was help but 1 bartender making drinks was not it especially the day the pool in open to the island.

The ambience of the restaurant, pool, rooms was great. The bed were comfortable and living spaces had everything. We stayed one night at the two bedroom suite and two in the penthouse. The two bedroom suite was called the birdhouse which isn’t stated on booking. I enjoyed that my family and I were picked up at the pool for our excursions. The bar was great, drinks were hand crafted each time! The check in was easy though I upgraded to the bigger penthouse. It was offered a free change but when double checked it was a charge. That was fine. The lady with the blonde hair was amazing,front desk. She was very helpful the entire stay and even when we checked out.

Everything about the room was great. Some of the staff boys were really nice and helpfull, always smiling, whereas some other staff looked like they really had a bad day. Happy hour only on Mondays :(

Great hotel, nicely decorated and with nice location in the middle of town as well. Pool area was great with comfy sunbeds, not possible to jump in the ocean because of harbour area. Room was huge, bathroom as well. Robes, pool towels and very nice and large smartTV. Balcony with comfortable chairs. Food at the restaurant was great as well, although we only had breakfast and lunch here. Free water refils were fantastic.

It was really loud at night due to the hotel across the water playing really loud music until 3am.

No shades in the swimming area. Would be nice to have some sun umbrellas. Our ocean view suite was on the 2nd floor. Would be nice to be on a higher floor to clear the view of the restaurant's tin roof.

Service was top-notch. The Ocean view suite is very comfortable.

Staff was excellent. Food was excellent. Housekeeping kept the room super clean. They mopped every day. Great live music in Friday night. There was a great vibe !

Unfortunately all of Bocas Town and the island is undergoing road work and it was very dusty and hard to transit.

The hotel is very centrally located in Bocas town. The pool is nice for the hot days. The restaurant has great food and drinks. It is just a few minutes from the airport.

The Hotel is lovely. The room was spotless, the pool and bar were amazing, perfect for cooling down and relaxing after a day exploring. The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful with anything you need from booking trips to providing advice. We had booked 4 nights here but I was ill on the last night. The staff were amazing, we booked an extra night, they rearranged our transfer for us and made sure we could move straight from one room to the other (the one we had originally was booked) which I really appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bocas.

The rooms - poolside bungalows- are quite tiny so not much room for your stuff. Bring earplugs. The party hostels nearby play loud music till the wee hours.

Really nice staff- super friendly and good service. Also the breakfast was very good and the views, excellent.

Best location, couple of meters away from the boat station where you get dropped off. All popular restaurants and supermarkets are very close. One of the few hotels with a pool, it’s ocean front. If you take a tour you will be picked up and dropped off right at the hotel’s deck ( this was priceless ) in this way you don’t have to walk o carry your stuff around the island. The food was good and with average prices for bocas del toro. Staff, were all very cool and attentive, not a single bad experience with staff being rude or unresponsive. After this stay I don’t see myself booking other hotel while in bocas

The wait staff on our first day, Sunday, was not well-trained. It took nearly two hours for all of us to eat lunch. Two of the four of us completed our meals before the third meal came, and the fourth never received theirs. It would have been understandable if the staff would have been nice about the mistake, but they were not. At least until the manager arrived to try to make it right. Monday morning, breakfast was the same. Two of us received our meals, while the other two did not. It appears theirs was given to another table. Otherwise, we loved this place!

Our ocean-front rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The pool area was clean and spacious and the food was good.

A new showerhead would make a difference and the shower faucet that fit better would make it even better!

It was a beautiful place, everyone was helpful and nice. The food was delicious, the drinks ok, and it was clean. The view was lovely. We liked the location and access to everything. We did an excursion from there and it was just what we wanted. Our only complaint was the shower was not ideal, otherwise wonderful!
