Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PanamaI love every aspect of the stay only one thing can be improved, the staff is a little bit serious. I´d like a smile or a plain welcome but overall everything was great.
I love the centrical and safe location, is close to the metro station actually the access is just behind the hotel, near there are a lot of places to have dinner, fun or even a beer.

FinlandWe had to ask for a duvet five times before it was provided, which was absolutely ridiculous! They only give you a thin blanket. Every time we asked they would say that somebody will bring the duvet to us, but no one ever arrived. In the end had to stand in the reception to make sure they got one directly for us. Kitchen is not a kitchen really, quite dirty and no plates, bowls, glasses, utensils (except for some butter knives and a couple metallic ladles) or anything you actually need for cooking, very disappointing
Really nice location, you can walk around easily, lots of restaurants and some supermarkets and a metro station right around the corner. Room was very spacious, had a strong wifi and a comfortable table and chair to work in. Nice pool and gym on the top floor. Ac was very good, although it was a shame you couldn't adjust it much yourself so it was a bit too cold sometimes

JamaicaThe countertop surfaces in the shared kitchen are chipped in areas and need resurfacing. The seal on the shower in our room may have been worn but it didn't close all the way at the bottom so was always leaking on the bathroom floor whenever we used the shower. Thankfully the cleaning staff kept a constant supply of bath mats to keep it dry.The bed needed more than the 2 pillows allotted.
I love the location and the staff. Rooms were clean. Great access to public transportation and basic restaurants. Adequate amount of staff were bilingual or at least able to communicate enough in English, especially the front desk staff.
