The only problem I had was the food selection as my gf is a vegetarian.

It was the ideal location with mini mart and train station in close proximity. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms where just as advertised.. I already booked my next stay.

The location near to the metro station was very convenient for moving to and from the airport easily.for the money I think it was worth it.

Kitchen wasn’t too clean and didn’t have done basics. Big tho with multiple working areas. Gym was ok. AC ran loud in my first room but staff was helpful to move me to a quieter room

Rooms need blankets for when AC is too cold. Like many hotels and B&B's, there are no washcloths. The room did not have a coffee maker nor any drinking glasses or plastic cups. A burnt out bulb limited the lighting in the evening. The pool area is nice but the pool itself is literally falling apart (small mosaic tiles pieces missing and scattered on the bottom of the pool). Hallway carpet was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The stairsways smelled from the storage of trash receptacles on every floor.

Convenient central downtown location. Overall good value in a safe, relatively clean facility. Strong internet. Rooms are bright, generally clean, and the mattress/pillows are comfortable. Shower has hot water and plenty of water pressure. Overall very quiet...no real sound from other rooms or the street.

The maintenance of the hotel needs some improvement. Some mold next to the AC exit. Same in the bathroom.

The room is very spacious. The bed is super comfy. The staff is extremely friendly. Great location. Good option for the price!

-I stayed here twice within a week. The first time, there was only one towel in the bathroom, I asked for another set and they told me they would bring it but never did. The second week, they gave me a room without a view: The window was completely splattered with something white, I don't know if it was dried soap or white paint, but it prevented the room from having a view. I did not complain about it or asked to change rooms, but it was something to be noted. There were NO towels or toilet paper in the room. I called reception and they brought everything 2.5 hours after I had checked in. Also everything in the room was unplugged.. the TV, lamps, even the phone line, with a broken cable. I patched everything up myself in the end. -Staff is corteous but they should be much more welcoming to foreigners who are not used to the Panamanian "no me importa" way. -Although the bed is comfortable, it only includes two measly small pillows that don't match the bed size. They should invest in bigger, better pillows and include a spare in the room closet. -I would still recommend this hotel because of such a great, safe location and comfort, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout the world, and I don't make a big fuss about things but if they don't correct the mistakes, future guests will give this property a lousy review.

The location is excellent, the hotel is very, very clean, the walls are insulated so you don't hear anything from the street or other rooms. Rooms have a spacious fridge, aircon, have a decent size, water pressure is strong, the bed is very comfortable, the lobby is big and has huge spaces for co-working, meeting people, etc. The price is unbeatable.

The room was extremely spacious, the bed was big and the bathroom was fantastic. The AC worked extremely well. We really enjoyed our stay here, it is great value for money. The room was clean and staff were helpful too.

I was expecting the room to be a little more neat. My toilet commode was not attached fully. They should fix it. The wall paints are also old.

The location. It was right in the city centre and close the the Metro station. The roof top swimming pool is nice to sit and drink in the evening.

More consistent cleaning for common areas (besides the lobby which is pristine), in particular the kitchen gets a bit grimy if there are a lot of people. Pool needs maintenance, the tiles are all broken.

Good facilities, attentive staff. Location is central and good. Close to Metro. Room is comfortable and clean. WiFi was very fast (150Mbps) so easy to work/study/zoom. Easy to meet people.
