I wish the pools stayed open for longer! The food was okay and several restaurants were booked out so options were limited. Breakfast buffets were probably my favorite meal of the day. Unfortunately on my last day I got sick from something I ate so we didn’t end on a happy note.

Several pools to choose from! When we needed something such as more towels or more bottles of water the staff were very helpful and kind. Our room was nice and clean.

I can't think of anything.

I just love the entire property !, Its huge, clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful and friendly.The meals , drinks and beverages were all good. The entire place was just good vibes.!!

Booking was a little difficult. Communication with some staff was sometimes misundrestood because of my lack of spanish and they're english. Using the translation app on my phone and givng it to them to answer was very useful however.

Well, everythings was good, I can mention if more options are added to the snack bar and more bars open after 10PM could be good.

Pools should stay open until 11 pm. They close at 5pm and 8pm. The cost of a couple of lifeguards would significantly improve the stay.

I arrived to the room and was not towels at all. The toilet water was running continuously ,I could not control the shower's water because the faucets were not working, either way I will have very cold water or very hot water and sometimes took long time to stop water. I wanted to have at least to have one day dinner in the restaurants but I was told ti make reservation I need to be at the reservation place by 7 am and only had 10 to 20 openes daily, It was not option to make reservations the day before neither by phone. Apparently the administration do not realize that this is a resort and not every body is close to the lobby to get reservations by 7 am

The bar, cofee shop by the Lobby, some of the staff on buffets area were helpful.

The buffet food and drinks were OK but not great. The food was much better in the a la carte restaurants for dinner.

Not all restaurants were open for the same meal, so there weren't plenty of options to choose from. Even so, it wasn't a dealbreaker since the buffet was very varied.

I enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the activities there, plenty of fun amenities for all that you can enjoy even if you are traveling alone. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Some people of the staff don’t have a good attitude, not everybody but some of them I think the transportation from the airport should be included

The food was good. I was expecting spicier food, from my experience with Spanish food, but overall it was varied and plentiful, every day.

My room didn't have TV cable, and initially there was not water in my room. Photos do not match up with what I saw on internet.

Staff could be friendlier and customer centric. Some of the spots (eg restaurants) were overcrowded. Food could be more varied.

Very nice pools that are great for the kids and very close to the beach (the resort is literally on the beach)
