The only thing I can say is the noise because I was on the corner with traffic. If that bothers you, ask to be on the other side if available.

The entire staff of City Plaza was so incredible. I stayed here for nine days, and I didn’t want to leave today. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with taxis, ideas for what to see in Chiriqui. The restaurant is so convenient, and the food is delicious.

The staff member that checked us in, Ulyssess was very kind, friendly and helpful. A really nice gentleman. The hotel was spotless, everything was sparkling clean. Food and service at the restaurant was also very good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Although breakfast was fine and from a buffet, we were not allowed to serve ourselves. Instead, the staff put food on our plates. As we were not fluent in Spanish and the staff spoke hardly any English, communicating what and how much we wanted of each item was difficult. We were not the only guests annoyed by this: Some Panamanian guests just helped themselves whenever the staff was busy serving other guests :)

This is a normal, standard business hotel with the usual amenities. Breakfast was a good combination of continental, American and Panamanian items. The rooms were fine. Parking was scarce when we came, so we had to park behind some other cars, left our keys at the reception and when more space was available, they parked the car well and returned the keys to us. Although this was a minor inconvenience, it was an issue only once and the reception found a good solution.

The hotel is upscale. I got a workout in the gym. The casino and Bar down the street were a way of spending some evening time. Fast food a short walk away. Breakfast was very good buffet.

would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room hot water gets EXTREMELY hot so be careful when you turn on the taps

front desk staff very nice and helpful structural integrity of the hotel is very good. there was a magnitude 6.3 earthquake when I was there, and while the entire hotel shook violently for 30 seconds, it didn’t collapse. if you’re worried about earthquakes, I recommend this hotel good location, close to supermarket, McDonald’s, good Lebanese restaurant nearby

the girl at the restaurant bar, on March 10 2023 evening turn, was a 0 compared with all the other employees who were great. Not a look, not a smile, not one word. Basically, it's not a hospitality person.

Food= great. Chinese food ( can I steel the chef?) Room= very nice Location = good for what we needed to do. Close to a supermarket, perfect for us. Staff = super -1 Good we stayed more than one night to appreciate everyone else.
