Location is superb, on the water, breezy, walking distance from everything. The room was great, the beds are very comfortable, reading light and a personal fan, A/C. The restaurant is fantastic, food is high quality and the staff is very accommodating. They also have daily activities. Highly recommended, stayed here twice.

The most beautiful accommodation on the island. It is worth paying extra for sea view. Nice and helpful staff, when we were not well, refunded us paid trip.

The air conditioner was really loud and it would be much nicer for the water foundation to issue cold water given how hot it is, the water is too warm.

It was clean and in a good location. The food for dinner was nice and they offer welcome drinks. I got lucky with a dorm to myself - felt premium but I think it’s just low season. Still a fair amount of people within the place to not feel completely empty.

1. Poor information about breakfast price and discount promotion (only applicable if accepted by the guest during check-in for the whole stay!). 2. Unexplicable extra charge for late check out. Late check out either it's possible or not. It can't impossible first and then possible if you pay for it! Check out time was at 11:00 am. We asked 1:00 pm because our flight was at 4 pm. We were not allowed and the room was not cleaned until 2 pm. So, it was not a matter of hotel organization, but only of charging some extra dollars for no reason. 3. We were charged twice for a tour to Red Frog Beach (paid to reception and to driver). 32 USD in excess!

The location and decoration were very good. Room views are excepcional. The staff was very kind in general. The food was very good.

I wish there was just a room for women only for safety and security reasons, but other than that, I loved it.

The breakfast, appetizers, drinks, and dinner were so good. The staff were so friendly. It was so clean, and the architecture and view of the place were so unreal. It did not feel real. You have to come there, and I will definitely come back!!!

The shower pressure in the shower was poor and made it hard to get clean and get sand off. The tour I went on was just ok.

A winning combination of engaging activities and a prime location makes Bambuda a standout accommodation. Their warmth and genuine care cultivated a welcoming environment, fostering a sense of belonging throughout my visit. Delightful on-site dining was another perk. The restaurant offeres delicious meals, while the bar boastes breathtaking sunset views. The dock provided additional entertainment with its playful swings and diving platform. My spacious ocean view room with a private bath completed the picture of comfort and relaxation. Surfing was undeniably the star of the show. Bambuda's partnership with Bocas Surf Sessions is a perfect pairing. Josue, our guide from Bocas Surf Sessions, proved to be an invaluable asset. His expertise allowed us to explore multiple surf breaks and select the one best suited to our skill levels. His precise instructions ensured we were perfectly positioned to catch wave after wave, resulting in the most enjoyable surfing session I've ever experienced. Overall, Bambuda exceeded expectations on every level. I highly recommend it for an exceptional and memorable vacation.

The luggage storage was a little small/not very secure. However the place was very safe in general. Location is a bit further from the main area but very handy for the airport.

Beautiful property, great food, nice service. Had an issue with the dorm room (roof leak) and they upgraded me to a double room instead, which was super nice. The views and vibes are amazing.

The restaurant staff is not very attentive and we always had long waiting times for the food. Welcome drink/get-together is not well organized.

The location is lovely, probably the nicest place in bocas town. The rooms are nice too and the food is good.

Very nice hostel with all the good amenities in the center of Bocas town. Even though the hotel was full with a lot of people being outside on the patio, no noise reached our room, so we could enjoy the quite night. The staff was exceptional willing to help with anything. Would definetily recommend

The breakfast could be improved. Selection is quite few and the serving is tiny portion.

Our room had the best view and it is huge! . Sunset view was amazing! Very clean and staff are very accommodating. Good place to have a sun go downer drink, they have amazing DJ.

On two nights the water wasn't running for quite some time in the sink and shower, but the toilets still worked, so it wasn't that bad and they do have a water shortage on the island. It would have been nice if the towels had been replaced after a few days. I left them on the floor after 4 days so they would be replaced but that didn't work. So I guess best is to go and ask at reception for new towels if needed. The service in the restaurant was generally quite slow - still very friendly though, just count in enough time if you have trips planned in the morning/afternoon and are having breakfast/lunch before.

My room was very beautiful, I especially enjoyed the balcony with the sea view. I was staying alone in a double room, would not have needed the bunk beds, but I guess all double rooms have that. The room got cleaned every day. The staff was very helpful and I appreciated the hotel whatsapp group chat to get in contact with other guests regarding trips, sharing water taxis etc., so even though I did not stay in a dorm I could get in touch with other (solo) travellers. They offer some nice trips and you can get water taxis directly from the hotel. The food in the restaurant is good, cocktails as well. I would definitely book it again when in Bocas Town, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend!!
