Good Location, only 9 km far from the city. Good accessibility and close to all attractions locations. Amazing stuff, they were available all the time.

The Omani front office staff were a bit rude! Also despite requesting early check in we only got the room at 2 pm.

The property is nice The staff are very cordial specially the Philippines lady Camille Also they delivered a small birthday cake because it was my daughters birthday 🎉

I didn't like insects around , also they charged me around 15 US dollars for a local phone call , WiFi weak in some places

Overall it is a very good hotel with very good facilities and location, the staff were very nice , the rooms are spacious and clean , restaurant is very nice , very clean with very good variety of food , room services and housekeeping were very nice and supportive, the ocean view is nice .

There is certainly room for improvement. The Wi-Fi was a significant issue, with a very weak signal. Additionally, some basic amenities were missing in the room, such as a tissue box and dental kits, and the body wash dispenser was empty. Furthermore, there was no lifeguard near the pool, only a towel attendant, which is not acceptable for a five-star hotel. While the breakfast was good, the dinner buffet did not meet expectations. There were no live cooking stations, and it was disappointing that water and soft drinks were not included with the half-board package.

On a positive note, the restaurant manager and staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. I would like to extend a special thank you to Chamika, Rajesh, Shadith, Kavindu, and Arun for their excellent service.

Initially we got the room with view coming out right into the building wall, but the staff has been really helpful when we requested another room and provided us a room with Swimming Pool view on the first floor which was great!

Room: I was able to hear my neighbours and the peaple heaving party outside, so the isolation was not that good, also the bathroom does not have a drainage system, it was a bit inconvenient Breakfast: some items were missing on daily basis, but I believe they will provide them if requested Others: the hotel had mixed pool and gym facilities in addition to a bar that was next to the lobby, which (from my opinion are some points that make it less family friendly environment)

The pillow cover had a weird smell initially but upon request they changed it

Everything was amazing, they gave us room early one hour as it was empty and it had all the amenities as mentioned.. beds were super comfy and had spacious rooms. Everyday housekeeping was done which is very Important especially if you have a family. Breakfast was amazing with varieties of food options and staff named Rhea was extremely warm in welcoming and taking care of our needs efficiently!

This is a 5* hotel but the TV is too old without smart TV. As of now we are wacthing the online TV or youtube because the live channels are boring and not available for kids

The other wing is under renovation and will take 3 more months. If you arent awake and out by morning, you will hear the loud construction noise.
