Menu prices were excessive (specially room service), sofa bed provided was small for 11 snd 14 year old boys , overcrowded swimming pool and restaurants during weekend , pool bar closing early (before 10 pm)

The location , the swimming pool and beach were great , good facilities like tennis court , table tennis , pool bar was great in terms of products snd views , variety of restaurants and a pub, good buffet breakfast , friendly staff, the suite we took was good , spacious with sea view , hotel is near malls and food outlets

Taxis are rather expensive arranged from the hotel. The taxi I got from the airport to the hotel cost less than 8 rials. The return journey cost 12 rials

The only thing that wasn’t great, and this issue is endemic in most hotels of all standards was the coffee - they had no clue - but we found an exception cafe a short cab ride from the hotel called Azura.

We were upgraded to an excellent suite with a separate living room, this was great to experience on arrival. A nice surprise. The property had a range of restaurants, a huge pool, various bars on the property and a private beach. The quality of food and the variety on the site was exceptional. All we needed

Ceviche night was not outstanding. Too much sauce. Too little of the pure fish and spices. Taco night was also so/so. Taxi mafia. If you order an outside taxi you have to leave the hotel to get to the car.

I couldn't get sea view rooms.

During our stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Muscat, we were thoroughly impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met with professionalism and friendliness, especially the reception staff, Ms. Reem, Ms. Yasmine and Ms. Najiyah, as well as the concierge staff, Mr Mahdi, Mr. Mohamed and Mr Kamel and all the staff during breakfast time. The two rooms that we stayed in were very spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—it was absolutely awesome, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the hotel's private beach, which offered a serene and exclusive atmosphere. Overall, the hotel's wonderful atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable.

A beautiful location with great staff the breakfast was fab !! Mr.Santosh at the breakfast restaurant was very helpful. Also a big shout out to the reservation staff. I had mentioned it was my mums birthday and they arranged a very sweet note with a cake slice making this trip memorable
