We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere's nothing that we disliked. My only feedback would be that the gym equipment, might need to be looked at, to ensure that if used in the early mornings that they don't make too much noise (they're located outside).
Barry, was great. He made a point of meeting us so that he could give us a rundown on not just the property, but on the surrounding area as well. At first we were slightly 'eugh' about having to do an intro after a long day's drive, and though we'd have been happy just to pick up the keys, but this felt right. A lot of the information was helpfully covered on some notes that are left on the fridges but it was nice that Barry actually took the time to speak to us and answer our questions in person, which did make a surprising difference. We were only staying for one night, as we were on our way to catch the ferry to Wellington in the morning, but the accommodations were so nice that we wished that we'd booked at least one more nights stay there just so we could have made full use of all of the facilities. With a hot tub and swimming pool, these extras make what's already a great place, something special. We didn't get a chance to use the gym because of our early start in the morning but it's another handy bonus. As for the location. It's just a few minutes away from the marina, and for those getting the connecting ferry to Wellington, it's just about 10 minutes in the car to get to the port.

The host was really friendly and met us on arrival. The place was spacious yet cosy which was lovely as the weather was terrible. The pool was freezing cold but fantastic and long enough to swim some laps. Then we rewarded ourselves with a soak in the hot tub. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Such a lovely place with a friendly, helpful host. We loved it here and wished we could have stayed longer. Scrupulously clean with really comfortable beds. The gym, spa and pool were great bonuses and it was only a short walk to town. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Picton.

This was a great apartment with every thing we needed, we only stayed one night due to our travel plans but it was good to relax here. the host gave us ideas on where to eat which turned out to be great.

What a fabulous apartment. We were met by Barry on our arrival, who showed us round and gave us some great tips on where to eat and local walks. The apartment is a real home from home but with the luxury of having your own private pool and hot tub. Very close to the centre of picton which is a beautiful small town. On Barry's advice, we walked round to Bob's bay and then over the top to the look out. Stunning views of Charlotte Sound and well worth the trek (plus there is always the hot tub on your return!). There is nothing to dislike about this apartment or Picton town. Well worth stopping here for a couple of nights before continuing your tour. Come over on the early ferry from the North to the South Island (or vice versa), the journey in through Charlotte Sound must be one the best ferry journey out there! Thank you also for the use of the washing machine in the apartment. That was also a real bonus and much appreciated.
